Hope all is well, you opened my eyes to seaweed. You always teach me something new. Keep up the good work Mike! It would be sick, if you and Jax linked up one day! My favorite youtubers!
Mike, Super impressed w/ this vid on seaweeds, (& Scotland). Duncan got so excited of his find, had to call the GrndKids in to watch. Then, told them when I use to live on Oahu, (HA), & We would collect seaweed from Eva Beach to make Poke &,Vegetarian type dishes. One of the best experiences.
Mike, very well done. Love the cooking of seaweed part. Watching this video as I'm writing. That seaweed dish looks fantastic. Seems like the garlic takes out the salty-ness. Thanks for the video. Kick the grind
Another fabulous video Mike ... growing up in Ireland Dulce (to me anyway) always seemed what we sold those crazy tourists (while we kept to potatoes :) .... the crispy goodness had me salivating .... must look Duncan when I'm up that neck of the woods .. looks like a fountain of knowledge and great to learn some tips in wild seashore foraging .... Hoping more of these to come ....
Very informative! Surprised you wore shoes before! Haha. Kidding aside, didn’t know you are a seaweed expert too! Truly a walking encyclopedia. I’m very impressed! Learned a lot watching this. Even years ago you are already a great storyteller! Thanks, Mike! ♥️🐉
Hi Mike, wow that was awesome, I knew that you could eat seaweed but I didn't realise how many different types are edible. An awesome and very educational video. Thank you x
Another fascinating, fun, and informative video from you, Mike! I never knew that so many varieties of seaweed are edible right out of the water, or that you can cook it like a pasta or stir-fry. I’ve only ever had dried seaweed, but I definitely want to try some fresh dulse chips someday! How does the taste of the fresh seaweed compare to the dried kinds you can buy at the supermarket?
Maybe it isn't about this video, but I don't remember if you have somevideos about London. But if you have visit it, can you give me some advice and tips? Please! Great video! (:
Duncan is adorable! Love hearing from people who are so passionate about their craft

Ahh yes, Scotland, the land of my ancestors! You can never go wrong when visiting Scotland!
That seaweed “bacon” sounds and looks amazing. That is a new one for my vegan cooking.

You're my favorite UA-camr Mike! Someday I will do a video Trivia of Scotland!
I started following you from Exploring with Josh, it's exciting to hear that you're a fellow Canadian. 😊
And the fact i just found out you're from the same city. Mind blown.
I love this! Very entertaining and informative👌🏼 I didn’t know scallops are free-swimming and can propel themselves across the sea floor!
