The problem with these photo albums is that over time the items do get stuck to the page. I have had some photographs ruined this way. I assume the same would happen with flowers since they can be very thin and delicate.
@@sfminou3354 You can lay them down on a piece of acid-free cardstock, and then gently slide that into a clear plastic page protector. You can use a ring binder like this - just lay it flat instead of upright so the flowers don't eventually sink to the bottom and get all crumbled.
To prevent sticking, could you lay down a piece of paper and then the flowers on top but leave an edge along the ring side for the plastic top to adhere?
I think the way this book would work is if you leave ba border around three edgesnot the folded side. Place a printer paper centered for you to put the flowers on. This would help to not let the flowers get stuck to the glue on the page. Having the border exposed to the glue will keep flowers from sliding out
Hello! I tried to look through your kit to find the supplies you used for this video, but I couldn't find them. Could you tell me what the products were you used to help store the dried flowers? Thank you!
Hi Jessie, I tried this way of storing my pressed flowers. They stick too well to the sticky part and pull apart when trying to remove them :( any suggestions?
I have one of these albums I found in a thrift shop, which I started using, BUT i am finding that the teeny flowers end up sticking to the base. So,disappointed, cuz I thought this was gonna be a really good solution...☹️
I want to know how they are now that you have stored them since 2020. I used this photo album for pictures 20 years ago and my phones tore when I tried to remove them. Would love to know?
Warning: Your delicate flowers and flower petals get stuck to this sticky backing sand can't be removed in one piece. I've ruined almost all my pressed flowers from late year using this method 😭😭 Hours upon hours of work destroyed
Don't even bother. It's great if you want to make displays in the album. BUT no good if you want to re-use them, they break when lifting off of the sticky page. So disappointing 😞
Thank you very much. Most people just show the flowers or the art and not really how to store them so I really appreciate this
That's a great tip thank you for Sharing

How to store them then? 😭
Not even after time mine were in there for about 15 seconds and they all stuck and ripped. Not real happy glad I only did a few pages

LOVELY!!
I tried this with my pressed flowers and they all stuck and when I tried to remove them they ripped
This method only worked on half of my flowers. Rest were stuck or ripped. I was able to salvage a few using a razor blade.
I found out the hard way too 😢
Can I ask you how is called that sealing foil ? I can’t find it on internet
