The part where he said “a quick trip? It takes you 30 minutes to smell all the candles” spoke to me like the voice of the school secretary over the intercom telling me my dad was there to pick me up

I laughed when you used the word slut. You keep things pretty pg so seeing you use more interesting language is fresh in your art. When you accidentally cuss you bleep it out and you have such a chill personality. Keep being you whether it is pg or you going with the flow.
Are you ok smoxd? What’s going on? Why are you blessing us with so much content? (I’m not complaining and I’m absolute awe of your ability to create and push yourself to do so much!) share your motivation secrets please!! 💕
The other day I was liken"I feel like I haven’t seen a Shmoxd video in a while", and now I’m like pleasantly drowning in them. I wish I could learn to edit videos like this. Your channel is beautiful and I don’t even know where to begin 😻
I'm making a "junk journal" botanical field guide for my son who is a traveler/herbalist. i stumbled across this video while looking for some inspiration and, i must say, you have some very clever ideas i plan to use! thanks! i think he'll really dig the matchbook thing. i'm excited about the cutting out the face and putting dried flowers there. i have been doing lots of "pot head" iterations this summer and that will be a great addendum!
You should preserve flowers with silica gel beads! The flowers retain their shape and color since they're not pressed. The silica beads change colors as they draw moisture out of the flowers so you know when they're done and you can dry the beads in the oven so that you can reuse them.
The mirror art is something I want to try. I've been gifted flowers and I plan to press them to decorate boring looking things. I haven't been artistic in forever. And that candle project also grabbed my attention!
Pro tip: instead of using a sharpie, use colored chalk. It'll rub right out when you're done! The dollar store has some in the craft section for way cheap :D
I really really like how you show your creative process of just trying out stuff and seeing what works. Vids. were everything works perfect the first time are kind of intimitating. Thank you!!!
First time seeing this vid. And, This is the only channel I didn't skip any second!!! I was surprised myself. Even the intro tickles my brain. Everything is so interesting it's AMAZING
These are all so amazingly creative! The matchbooks are something I’ve never seen before, really cool and surprising way to beautify an everyday object. But my favorite was the contact paper embroidery hoop - it’s so simple and lovely. I like the way your mind works!
the first one with the contact papers and embroidery hoop is my absolute favourite (as an embroider...er (?) myself) and im definitely going to be trying it out! I love how creative you are and thank you so much for all these videos in just a single day!!
As a sewist, seeing you use a pattern sheet to protect your table, pinched my heart a little bit. Lol! I quickly got over it when I finished the video and saw your beautiful makes! I'm sew glad I accidentally came across your channel today! Keep up the amazing work! 👍🏼
Omg 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I am so happy I just found this channel! It’s not only educational, but also very entertaining. I haven’t even finished yet, but I hope there’s more hidden messages. 😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤
All this content is amazing but 3 videos hours apart, we appreciate it so much and all your effort but your health overrides all of this I hope you know, with peace and love!
I truly love everything about this video! My favorite part is your editing style and inclusion of call back videos to prior crafts/techniques you've done- this is so genius!!
For the embroidery you could use a washable marker/pen. They make some specifically for sewing pattern tracing that will work well. Graphite/ pencil would also rub off easily
Your creative uses of dried flowers were really helpful for me to get my own creative juices flowing. I also like that you show behind the scenes of how to do it, issues you encountered, and your self effacing voice (with the echoe effect) was funny as well. Great job all around. Side note: has anyone ever told you that your voice sounds like the comedian/actor/Podcaster (often on Comedy Bang! Bang!) Thomas Lennon? You could do a spot on impression of him if you tried. Cheers!
I love these so much! Flowers just started to bloom around my house and I’ve started to press them already. I never know what to do with them however, so I can’t wait to try some of these.
Your videos always inspire me and awaken me from a creative block, you’re always putting out such genuine creativity in such a fun way that makes me feel like I could do it even if I don’t have any experience with it 💜
Wow when I first found your channel I didn’t think it could get better, but then I saw this and my mind was blown!! Will definitely try some of these out. Just need to get over my fear of power tools and broken glass. Much love! ❤️
Thank you for the video! It gave me the confidence to start pressing my own flowers and I’m having the time of my life! I just got a bunch of clippings that a garden center was gonna chuck (they’re all perfectly fine lmao) It’s become a fun hobby of mine and I’m enjoying it a lot! Thank you so much!!

"slut" means "the end" in danish, so it took me a moment to realise haha
Shmoxd, you’re like the antithesis of toxic masculinity and I think that’s so rad.
I like to call this Wholesome Masculinity 😍
that's so sweet of you to say:):) thank you

Also could be the fact he's utahn lolol. Our capital is Salt Lake, so sometimes it's shortened to SL, UT hahaha
or is it a swedish reference, where it just means "end".. :D
This glas is a mood, and i live for it 😍😂👍
Utah? Swedish? Nah, I just like to think our man was feeling a lil spicy today :)
What does PG mean? In German it's the short term for Parteigenosse, meaning in English Party member.
