- This is our second time riding the Smokey Mountain 500 but Frank and Cheyenne's first and the first time doing big water crossings. The first time is always special. In this one we ride our adventure motorcycles from Dillard GA to Suches GA. We got to do six water crossings and ride some rocky, challenging but fun roads through the mountains of North Georgia. We got to some dispersed moto camping on top of a mountain which made for a perfect view of the sunset and the sunrise. We even broke out the mandalorian mini basketball goal and played some Moto basketball. Timmy cooked us up. some delicious ribs and beans on the Grumpy Grill. day one was a great day. stay tuned for day two coming soon. As always, thanks for watching and please consider subscribing.
Our Bikes
Greg: Suzuki V-strom 1000
Timmy: Suzuki V-strom 1000

This was a great start to our trip. Stay Tuned for day 2 coming next week.
Good times! Looking forward to day 2.
Thanks Ian! I really appreciate it 👊
You damn well better be apologizing for that sloppy-ass crossing. 😠
I know. I failed as a rider on that one. 😁. If I don't push myself to be better who will?
Frank didn't have a "problem" with his KTM. He simply was remiss in factoring in the automatic maintenance procedure that was re-attenuating the triolic neogenic manganese phaser bio-containers in the deltonium quantum gel. Once the hyper sensitive containment spore container was re-routed to the graviton flow containment field and the plasma surge in the beryllium microfilament launcher was neutralized, then the detection of an anomolous power spike in the ventral bipolar processor could be actuated and Frank was ready.
Simple.
What?
Y'all ain't gone none of that on yer V-Strom?
😉
S
KTMs and their special needs are over my head 😂
and jus like that I am full speed
TERRY !!!
Love the fun you guys have. No pretentiousness etc. Just good ol boys having good ol fun not posing and acting uppity etc.
We try to enjoy the free time we get. We come from a simple background so all we know is to be who we are. Thanks and thanks for watching. I really appreciate it 👊
Smokey Mountain 500 looked great, amazing the amount of water crossings, at least they weren't deep. Looks like great time for everyone, and the dinner looked amazing. You can't ask for more than a good friends, good riding and a good dinner. You guys living the dream, thanks for posting, Greg.
It was an awesome day of riding and camping for sure! The water crossings were fun ones we didn't hit the deep ones until Whitt Rd. Thanks man and thanks for watching and commenting. I definitely appreciate it. Day 2 coming this weekend. 😁
Hammer Down!!.....Just went back to Charleys creek yesterday....water was up....but all good.....parts of Charleys creek road was slick as hell from all the rains.....Glad to see you guys having fun.... Steven;-)
Hell yeah!! I bet Charlie's Creek was awesome yesterday! I like good fun but challenging off-road. It's what adv riding is all about. We had a blast and I can't wait to go to Florida!
Nice to see y’all having fun, at 4:10 what happened to Frank’s bike?
Thanks. It was an awesome trip. I'm not really sure. It was throwing some codes and he was going to have to wait until he got back home to check them.
I can’t wait for the next video!!!!
Awesome! Thanks Patrick! It will be coming next week.
It’s exactly what I pictured! Just awesome area and riding!
It's a great route. It has some pretty challenging parts on it for newer off road riders but still doable and fun.
Smoky Mountains, I thought it was Smokeytoo
The route is spelled Smokey so I just went with it
Wait. The potato salad isn’t homemade?????
Nope. He held back on us and got it from Walmart
@@TheBeardedGrump wth, Timmy???
Great video!
Thanks man!! I truly appreciate it 👊
So that’s the southernmost section. More water crossings than I was hoping for since I’m always riding solo.
It is. The water crossings aren't too bad. They look intimidating but are pretty easy except for the slick one on Whitt Rd.
Good Video Grumpy!!
Thanks! 👊💥
4:51 when I’m riding along a river, I know it’s going to be a great road!!
Tallulah River Rd is a great road to ride. I highly recommend checking it out.
@@TheBeardedGrump I will. Just a matter of when.
Fantastic Content. Thank You For Sharing. Have a Nice Day!❤👍
Thanks! Thanks for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it!
I should have met you guys down there!! Looks like a great day on the bikes, and for the weather!!!
It was a good time. The weather caught up to us. Stay tuned for that one 😁
@@TheBeardedGrump you know I will!!
@@Motoramblings #retiredlife 😁
@@TheBeardedGrump loving it!!
@@Motoramblings me too at the moment 😁
What was the issue with franks bike
I'm not sure. He had a couple of error codes pop up and had to wait until he got home to check them. He disconnected the battery for a few minutes and it ran fine the rest of the weekend.
@@TheBeardedGrump sounds like connection got a bit of water somewhere probably sent the codes .
@@MotoCampAdv that's what I think too
