- day one started on 4/16/21 in our town of easley where we rode west to dillard ga to jump on the sm 500 we rode it counter clockwise and camped past telico at cmtrails.com
day one ended up being 250 miles it was a long fun day and camp was amazing

Your camera was pointing too low. You'd have better video, IMHO if you adjust is a little higher. Safe travels!

after 7 minutes of looking at your dash and no scenery I had to stop. Camera was set way to low.

What gps are you using? Fun video. I hope to do that some day. Also why did you say the Forest Service would have cameras and you'd get tickets? Is that really a thing?
I've seen dnr use trail cameras to catch people going around gates and such even to catch people drinking littering and stuff like that

Any info on your gps/dash setup? Looks like it works well.
Yeah so I made the dash but the windshield is a perebellum if you don't want to make a dash look into adventure spec mini fairing it pairs well with the perebelum windshield gps is a garmin zumo xt with my ohone below on a quadlock mount....
My dash is made from kydex which is what gun holsters are made from you heat it with a heat gun and hold it till it cools and it stays in that form
@@Offroadadv1 looks really good! I tried the adventure spec mini fairing on my DRZ400 but could not make it work. This might be my next project, thanks for the inspiration.

What mic are you using while recording?
I was using purple panda but I'm currently trying out a different one off Amazon that seems to be better for me but not sure yet lol
