Awesome Show 👍 Excellent unboxing and review👌That MG Metro is really cool 😎, now I'm gonna have to go check out videos on that and on group b rally💯🏁. Tonight I'm gonna watch the end of the Bathurst 71 race 🏁👍👍( which I went to watch after checking out Bathurst diecast racing that you mentioned before. Totally awesome diecast race channel 🏁💯😎Thanks ) That van isn't the worst, although when I first saw it I thought it was the Ford Supervan ( which would have been awesome, and what they should have used IMHO) I think the top is made to hold a car, although in real life a car on top of that little van would flatten it like a pancake 🥞. Lol 😂( not to mention there are no ramps so how would the thing get up there 🤔I see your new yellow 904 Porsche Carrera GTS has found a nice spot on that cool Mooneyes hauler 👍Great combo. Cool video 💯😎Thanks for posting.
I know nothing about the car other than it was a hatchback and naturally I had to have one for the collection. The only thing I didn’t like about the set was the hitch pin on the van is too short to keep the trailer attached.
Nice review brother I agree the trailer is cool and the car is cool but I’m not big on the van custom would probably help not crazy about that yellow 😎
Yep, the MG Metro deserved better play than it got in this transport set. I've not heard anyone sing praises for the Rally Van, the plastic and unadorned cargo topper really puts folks off of the sets including this van. 100% on your recap of Group B rally, why it took off around the world and subsequently was shut down. It's nearly like Mattel wanted Shell Oil livery but didn't want to pay for the licence
They are peg warmers in the USA,as Americans usually aren’t into cars not sold in the USA or in this case when an American didn’t compete in that series. Part of the problem with GrpB wasn’t the cars but the halfwitt spectators that get way too close to the action and are too thick to realise that a car travelling at high speed will kill them if they get hit by it My favourite GrpB weapon was Ford’s RS200,a car that entered GrpB very late and unfortunately added to the death toll. I noticed Comedian Tim Allen in a video I seen of his of his car collection (he loves hot rods and muscle cars) but later seen him on Jay Leno’s UA-cam channel and you could tell how much he loves his RS200,like Ken Block did his. I don’t know why but someone in Newcastle had a stock standard MG Metro and it looked like any other boring FWD hatch from back then. The GrpB rally car,as cool as the Lancias,Audis,Renaults,Peugeots and RS200s of back then. I was a big fan of all the GrpB cars as they looked great.
Nice review, was a big Peg warmer here also,You gotta be a fan of it to want to buy it I guess 🤷♂
