Cool ultimate captain America action figure
I didn’t even realize this wasn’t the other Cap body. Pretty stoked on this guy now.
I wish they would come up with a different system for the shield though, I’ve broken a few of them and they’re pretty fragile.
I have heared a lot of people talk about that clip breaking. I have had quite some shields with that clip but I never broken a single one. Did I just get lucky?
@@papamustaine9644 No, mine have never broken either. A lot of these mfs just place the clip wayyyy too high on the forearm which makes the plastic stretch out and stresses it, which inevitably leads to it breaking. You’re supposed to place on wrist and ONLY on the wrist.

I don't mind this fun design for Steve Rogers aka Captain America because he does look cool and despite him not being the 616 Cap that we know and love, I still need him in my own Avengers display because his mighty shield is badass, Great review overall on this Captain America figure erivera94.
This is the modern comics Cap I'm gonna get. As was the point of Ultimate Marvel, it's a modernization of Cap's classic costume that remains recognizable. This'll be great with the Model 70 Iron Man.
Also, 1:01 The Marvel Now Captain America of the Mandroid wave is not a version of Ultimates Cap. It was a new costume for the main 616 Cap during the Marvel Now! branding after the Avengers vs. X-Men event in 2012. It's partly inspired by the Ultimates costume like the grey armpits and the helmet cowl with the chin strap but it's not a costume worn by the Earth-1610 Cap.

You can't deny the mcu figs get way too much attention. They get all the new sculpt and paint. Comic versions still get bucky cap body and pins. Hasbro could do far far better

A complete new sculpt and less price than 20th anniversary, crazy how Hasbro works, my guess on the waist joint is that probably gonna be a reverse joint, but they scrapped the idea in the final product, that explained why the torso movement isn't too much, because the reverse joint will do the trick.
Definitely picking this up. I seen a video on how to modify this torso

I always wanted that mandroid wave cap but never got one so this would be a good choice for me
Wonder how Bucky would have felt about Cap figs being produced without the Bucky Cap mold. They were best friends and he would have wanted Cap figs to use his mold.
So close to perfect!! Just needs better torso articulation, just like the Iron man.
He needs a reverse joint waist, just like Supreme Dr. Strange, Doom, and the new Luke Cage.
Good review as always bro. One thing, that Cap from the Mandriod BAF series is not an Ultimate Cap. That Cap is 616 Cap just in the Marvel Now era.
This is objectively the best Marvel Legends Captain America figure, but I still prefer the 20th Anniversary Cap. Can’t beat that classic 616 design!
That Cap has a lot of pieces of Wolf Cap for a giant price.
Do you think they'll make updated versions of all the ultimate avengers? Idk if I'd want that team to be completely honest.
But they gonna take a long road, they love that.
