Nina Guilbeault is a sociologist, author, and educator. She is the co-founder of “Plant Futures,” a non-profit affiliated with UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She has also served as a consultant to major food brands. She joins us to talk about “The Good Eater: A Vegan’s Search for the Future of Food.”
