The comment about 'no healthcare system is going to save us' was a lightbulb moment for me. As a nurse in 🇨🇦, I have experienced/observed a drastic change in our healthcare system. We, the people, do need to look for more holistic ways to manage our well-being. I think the traditional beliefs of Indigenous people of North America have the answers regarding connecting with others, community resource management, and environmental protection. 😊

Hey brother, the struggle is real..... but as I've seen Russell say it's worth it, because you are trying to recover the person you were meant to be before addiction......
      Try breath work/mediation.
      Escaping into nature.
Also look into binary beats and frequency therapy.
      Set goals and objectives.
      Stray strong my brother.
Peace, power and freedom to you.

Good Luck! Remember, humans are lovable and loving creatures, who are wired to help and care. Don't listen to messages that might try to make you think there's an innate flaw to you. That is what domestic violence abusers do to make you dependant on them; if you are broken and only they can fix you, then you can never leave, or you will miserably fail or suffer the consequences.
It is all lies with intent to control.
I feel so content inside myself now that I don't hate myself because of those lies anymore. Life isn't perfect, but I don't hate myself anymore.
We are lovable and loving, we are not broken. Do you believe me?

Soul-body fusion can help, if you do it daily and give it time. So can energy clearing by a quantum healer, which is like a huge shortcut to clearing dark thought patterns and emotion patterns.

Our beliefs are our super powers. We can choose what we believe. It takes practice to walk down a new street so that we stop falling in the same hole, but it’s possible. This is why, my dear Russ, it’s not what we know that matters, it’s what we practice.

Thank you, Russell, for having Dr. Joe with you. We are bombarded with stimuli. I believe our world is, by design and by default, what we deem as "negative". It's a "school of guideposts". Once we become aware of the "guidepost's lessons", we can attempt to snap out of the unconscious drift and the hypnotic glitter of our outside experiences. Not easy, but I believe we came here for that form of an internal "workout". Much love, many blessings Russell. 🥰

I think it is latent indoctrination from christianity. We are told we are broken and dysfunctional, that we and our fellow humans are all inherently evil, that this world is broken and full of evil, and corrupted nature.
We are lovable and loving creatures, who are hard wired for empathy and desire to help. here is no sin burden we must over come except our selfishness, but as we grow and our world gets bigger that resolves itself (mostly)
And this world is not a corrupted paradise. It is a straight up freaking miracle!!!!! Now I've come to accept that all this diverse life evolved, to no divine purpose, just the eternal symphony of desire to live, survival, rebirth, and we are here to experience it!! It humbles me and fills me with so much awe and gratitude. I used to hate being alive, I was taught to hate this world as a terrible place corrupted by sin and evil man, but it's not!! I'm so grateful to be a part of it. The only thing that gets me down now, is wishing that I could have escaped the clutches of the disgusting poison that is religion sooner. Oh well, I'm making up for it now :):):)

@@jaegrant6441, I agree with that aspect as well. Part of the greater "control system" that is continuously fed and feeding the unsuspecting. Earth, our world, a stunning, gorgeous miracle, yes!! It's the duality, the side opposing what we desire to have and to experience the glorious Earth we reside on. The dualistic nature, (in my humble observations), is to show us what we need to overcome. It seems to be what "it is". Of course, I will never have the answers. :) I'm trying to experience the journey while I'm still here, and hope we see a beautiful outcome one day.

Thank you Russell for introducing Joe to our tribe. I've been listening to Joe Dispensa for a couple of years. He is amazing, his techniques are so productive. I see results very quickly. He has been a big part of helping me to move towards becoming the best version of myself. I will be truly and eternally grateful for his contribution. Breaking the habit of being yourself is a fantastic book. My deepest love and gratitude to you, Joe and everyone here and reading this ❤️🌟🙏🏻🤗
    EDIT
Today I went to the dentist by myself for the first time to have a filling. I have had several horrific experiences going back to early childhood. By doing the work in Joe Dispensa books I no longer identify with those experiences, and when old thought patterns returned prior to going I was able to recognise and release without attachment, so again thank you. I believe in his methods so much I bought the book for two other people. I cannot recommend him highly enough ❤️🌟🙏🏻🤗

Russell Brand does not want you to know this:
      Take ten deep, slow breaths.
Take a deep breath any time you think about your breath.
Deep breathing is integral to a healthy mind and body.
      From the Mayo Clinic:
      >>But when stressors are always present and you constantly feel under attack, that fight-or-flight reaction stays turned on.
      >>The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone] and other stress hormones that follow **can disrupt almost all your body's processes.** This puts you at increased risk of many health problems, including:
      >>Anxiety, Depression, Digestive problems, Headaches, Muscle tension and pain, Heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke, Sleep problems, Weight gain, Memory and concentration impairment
      Peer reviewed article from *Nature*:
      >>Prolonged, elevated cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone] levels in animals are also shown to cause atrophy [Weakening] in the hippocampus [The Brain's Memory Center]and hypertrophy [Growth] in the amygdala [The Brain's Fear Center], largely through changes in dendritic remodeling[Parts Of Brain Cells That Catch Messages From Other Brain Cells]. These structural changes may contribute to deficits in appropriate feedback onto the HPA axis. [The Part Of Your Brain That Keeps You Calm]
      Results from Berkely Study:
      >>Activity in the amygdala [The Brain's Fear Center], suggests that quick breathing rates may trigger feelings like anxiety, anger, or fear. Other studies have shown that we tend to be more attuned to fear when we're breathing quickly. Conversely, it may be possible to reduce fear and anxiety by slowing down our breath.
      Results from MSU study:
      >>Deep breathing causes the vagus nerve [Immune System And Heart Rate Control] to signal your nervous system to lower your heart rate, blood pressure and cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone]. Taking just ten deep breaths can assist with relaxation and provide a sense of calm.
Russell Brand does not care about you as an individual or about your wellbeing.
This is all fun and games as far as Russell Brand is concerned.
      ALL fun and games.

@@ZeroOskul what on earth are you telling here? You did see the light by getting focus on just one element of a complex structure in our Mind and Body. The trillions of batteria and viruses and millions of species in pur gutsystem are regulating our mood. More then anything else. Meditation is the necessary Training for our contitioned Autopilot and breath is important for our cells to maintain the Acid - Base ballance in our body. It is perfect to calm a symptom, but is not enough to go to the cause og anxiety.
Russel dies not want you to know…. What kind of BS are you telling here? He ha a huge library with very different issues in human life and breath is just one of this aspects. In this case he opened up a new room about what happen in pur Mind.
Has very little to do with breath. It was about creating a conceous Community around you - in a chaotic unstable time. Taking a deep breath is necessary of corse, but it is just symptom management or state-management you did learn. Good for you! But this goes far deeper and longer then just breath or take a pill.

My understanding is that Meditation can be present through the day and night, whilst moving, living, watching self, hearing self thoughts, meeting people and looking in them, for the I that is watching themselves, to connect in awareness,....to keep our spiritual selves aware that we are here in Bodies behaving in the World individually and collectively creating what we have..... and if we all eventually live out of our spiritual self, what a living reflection we would be.... being a mirror for the spiritual world to see itself ...we are just awakening now.....I don't find it easy to maintain awareness, but it is a practice to keep working in, out and on and hopefully, if I'm thinking 90% of yesterdays thoughts they will clear through awareness. Some days I watch such dark thoughts in me, I'm astonished and disturbed, then I watch fear and upset that I have them..... then being present with all and where I am, they pass.

i liked most of what he said, but he kinda lost me with the superiority complex towards humans. Now I get it, we think we're all that and super special, but I have to wonder if that is actually true or if we think it's true because we tell ourselves that nd surround ourselves with confirmation bias.
I mean, we're not even a keystone species (unlike cattle), and many ecosystems would improve if we removed ourselves. Sometimes we get caught up in the whole, we're the big brains that we forget that we are actually a small component of a greater equilibrium of species on this planet.
With all the evidence coming out about the conciousness capabilities of plants, and that some trees and grottos of trees can live to nearly 1000 years old, could an ancient tree be more intelligent than us? I don't mean can a tree recite facts it learned, or have a running conversation in it's frontal cortext. I mean could they be more intelligent than us becasue of their longevity and massive "brain" size? The transfer of information from the hub tree to the next in line takes several years. I mean , trees would operate at a slower pace than us, but that is still a lot of information!
This all sounds incredulous. How can a tree be smarter than a human? I'm not saying that. I am saying that our egos often make us blind to reality

I think we all have a certain amount of external input we can handle;but there are times we cannot handle any of it! Taking time to be silent, prayerful, or meditate is so necessary. It's been years since I walked among the Sequoia trees in Muir woods. But that ancient forest, walking for 30 minutes on a bed of leaves, next to a stream and among Trees that were thousands of years old was a bit like meditating. In just 1/2 hour, after being there and touching those trees, I felt as thou my entire mental aura had changed. Like the forest and the trees had absorbed all the negative stuff and left me refreshed and renewed.

Perfect! Thank you Russel. This did open a new room on a higher level for me. 🙏. A conceous local Community is IMHO a real solution in this chaotic times, with a total reset on the horizon.
The 90% habit is tru. But the Autopilot has an important function in our life whilst we need to concentrate on a new job, our own business or a new project. The rest can be on autopilot for a while. But we forget to switch off the Autopilot and hit a wall when getting 40 or 50.
And we give our live away, by driving and relaying on a contitioned autopilot most of our life - together with our family, our friends and in our Community - and only are conceous a few moments on work perhaps.
Getting the unconceous conceous again makes the real difference. What do I see, hear, feel, smell and tast, with my Autopilot switched off…? Being fully present here and now. This is the real life, a life outside the Matrix 😉 And meditation is a genious vessel to open up the life we deserve to have.
    Thank you Russel 👏👏👏👏🙏🌹

I will have to listen to this a few more times to get it into my head. Really good information from Dr. Dispenza. I can only absorb so much at a time, thus the multiple rewatches of this video. Well done, Russell. Thank you for bringing us this channel. 💚

Hello Sir. , I wanted to share something that has helped Me break through those times when I have been too overwhelmed to meditate. A very kind, positive UA-camr named Alexander Soars. His guided meditation are beyond anything I have done as far as the heart/mind/soul connection. I laugh and cry in Joy :) Zen ..Definitely worth trying in these times 💚💚💚🤘🏻🌞🤘🏻love from Texas

I felt heard and understood when you told Joe Rogan that you suffer from constant thought! I have been told that I ' think too much' most my life and I never understood how that could be a bad thing, but it has been my private burden.
I felt true human connection with a fellow human. 🤗

I have read one of Dr. Joe Dispenza's books and am in the middle of a second one. He makes so much sense! "Awakening" truly requires us to step outside of our habitual behaviors, feelings, and thoughts. It's a process, and I'm learning and growing more every day as I read and meditate. Starting the day with gratitude seems to help me begin with the right mindset. One of the people I'm grateful for is Dr. Joe, and another one is you, Russell! You are both wise teachers and I appreciate everything you do to help us evolve to a higher level of consciousness. Thank you! 🙏

Good talk - thanks for sharing. I never heard of him before and I really appreciate what he said.
I was knocked to my knees and YES that IS when the illusion is over. I have found that happy times have taught me very little, while crisis and hard times have changed me the most - for the better. Challenging your beliefs and acknowledging/examining your feelings when they surface is so important. Be well, Russell.

I think change is inevitable, we either take the learning approach. We learn, we grow wiser and that changes us for the better, or we assume we know and deteriorate to become less.

I like this...i would add...sit with the feelings that come up with zero judgement of self..trauma is often blocking change..so...its ok to feel angry..sad...desire..fear...feel it...allow it to sit...then let it go..and another helpful phrase is this..I am not my thoughts...thoughts are forms and programmes...emotions are responses...ty xx

Great review and thank you for bringing the idea of the value of meditation to the forefront for all people. Thank you for bringing this wonderful advisor, Dr. Joe Dispenza, to youtube! What I found with my meditation practice was that after about 1 year, I finally had a small space of time before I acted where I had a chance to think before. As always grateful for your sharing

Who's thoughts are they? I think it's the inner child/the authentic self kicking and screaming, giving us garble so it can be heard. You don't hear me!!!, here me with this!!! A few days ago I was lying awake at 1:35 (went to bed at nine thirty with serious plans to rise with the dawn and be oh so spiritual) and was very seriously pondering the plight of making an almond flour crust quiche.............for Christmas. It's May 4th. My dilemma was how to be gloriously happy. Last Christmas was the happiest yet; a fine feast of GMO quiche. How hard it is to hold and hear that little thing and say it's all going to be okay.
