Dan Mick...the legend of Moab in my neck of the woods! Great video! Wish I could have joined ya'll
Great video, Dan..Fun viewing of outrageous Colorado scenery, and all in sharp HD !!! My wife and I have been spending as much summer time as possible in SW Colorado for the past 20 years and never tire of taking in those tremendous mountain vibes!
@Hello Ron Kathman, How are you doing?
Colorado is trash for extirpating it's Grizzly Bears especially in the San Juan Mountains, state is changing though, hunters and ranchers look out major pressure is coming 1st with wolves being approved by voters to come back
Love the San Juans.
Love this guy. Would love to meet Dan and learn from him some day!

Wonderful you could go up that far. You are not afraid of heights? lol. I am a lady 73 in Oregon. I read the book , "Tomboy Bride, by Harriet Fish Backus. She got married in 1902 and lived with her husband at Telluride and he worked The Tomboy mine and Smuggler mine, I think. wish I could visit there, but at lower level.lol. thanks
Awesome video. Weve been going to Colorado since the 1970s. I think its the best place on earth. We drive buggies over the passes. either way its beautiful . We were up there the very same weekend you shot this video. We missed Imogene due to the all the snow(minor avalanche) THANX for taking us along.
Cool and unique video. Had some off roading footage and also a history lesson. Thanks for sharing!

0:38 "like a whole bunch of Zs & Ws strung together"
Good stuff, Dan....take a look on FB at Colorado Mining Towns and Ruins and I'll be looking for more of yours!!
Excellent video! Beautiful locations.
Where is that mine right at the very end? I'm going to be in this area in June and I wouldn't mind hitting that one
I would like taking this tour, especially since didn't make the cut off on the Jeep Jamboree
Nice video, especially liked 25:15 - 25:40.
Yeah that was me :)
Didn't Roy Rogers say "We can't all be heroes because somebody has to sit on the curb and clap has the parade goes by"?... I think the entire town was marching in their own parade!!
Dan seems to have a wealth of experience… What kinda lift system is he running? And are those 40's?
+Roc900 Dan does have a wealth of experience. He's been doing tours for over 25 years. He's running a Teraflex lift on all the Jeeps. Tires are 38" Falkens.
+Tom Grancey Does Dan have the Stock Motor? Or Hemi?
+Roc900 His Jeep is a Hemi conversion, auto trans, Atlas transfer case.
+Tom Grancey Lol…. I seen his Jeep in another Video, And I heard the motor, It did not sound Stock!!!
Hemi Conversions are not cheap!! It seems Industry Standard on the 6.4 Hemi is around 29K, And the 5.7 Hemi conversion is around 22K
Do you have any experience with Superchargers or Turbos?? Or any thoughts? I have read a few Forums, And the the Best Supercharger I have read the best reviews was Ripp??
Crazy people those people are the reason I exist. I have heard it was a struggle.
Where exactly are you @16:00 ?
That's the road over Imogene Pass from Telluride. We're stopped about halfway from Telluride to Tom Boy for that shot.
Grizzly Adams?
28.38 ALLEN !!ALLEN
I am not going to watch this video. Click on start and the music is so fricking loud.
I couldn't handle the horrible music while you're talking....So I left at 6:22
All of that horrible music ruined your video
