    Thank you for the shorter videos, they are very much easier and less intimidating than a 45 - 50 workouts especially for beginners or the seniors. In no time I was adding them together and really feeling the difference. Now they are part of every day.

    So pleased to have found you. I have been used to a seniors Pilates class before lockdown. Which stopped with the lockdown. I’m 82 with chronic Autoimmune Sjorgrens. So need to keep as mobile as possible. Thank you 😜

    Love your classes! Since covid hit and I am unable to go to any classes I found you and I don't need classes! I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis but I am in reasonably good shape so doing your classes is really helping me. Love that you add some ballet moves to the pilates. You are so encouraging which was a huge help when I first started. Thank you so much from Canada!

    Hi, I just found this series day before yesterday and I am trying one by one. My most favorite part of your workout are your gentle voice, pace and easy movement.
    And, I also can hear your breathing sounds from your microphone. It is very effective to get correct respiration. Your videos always lift me up during this pandemic. Thank you so much from Japan.

    I love the standing workouts and the fact that you have done them in two parts. It works so much better for me, as I have limited time but can steal 10 - 15mins here and there a lot more easily than 30 - 60mins at a time. Thank you too for the detail you give as to how to stand and breathe.

    Thank you Rachel for these FAB sessions. Started them in July to try and improve my bad total knee replacement (December 2019) recovery and diagnosed bulging discs L4 to L5 and S1. To improve my general fitness and wellbeing. Yours workouts have helped for sure and I so enjoy them. Just love all your standing pilates workouts, they are definitely my favourites

    This is a nice short workout that challenges most areas. Have mastered standing on one leg and rotating feet but this is definitely more challenging on balance! Thanks Rachel!

    Hi, I have done this workout today, I am enjoying all of your workouts that I have tried so far. As a beginner they are ideal and I do feel like I have exercised afterwards. I enjoy the standing and the mat ones equally. Hope you post some more, but I will keep trying the old ones too....thanks it’s so convenient being able to do some Pilates at home 😀

It's great to hear you are trying more of my workouts and that they are convenient for you to do at home.Keep going with the workouts posted to date, as they were all planned with different benefits in mind, so you will get something new and unique from each.     I loved this video (I did both) and I feel that the standing ones are really more effective because you can really concentrate on your core. Thank you, I will definitely be back. I've been dancing for years and the last few years I've been doing ballet on line and loving it but I have bunions and they are very red and inflamed probably due to releve, I think I need to mix up my stuff and I'm glad I found you.

    Hi Rachel. Thank you so much for Part 1 and 2 standing pilates - just right for me. I have to admit apart from walking, I've never done any other form of exercise (I'm 66yrs) and I just wanted to mention that my arms feel really heavy in the outstretched position, is there something more I could be doing to strengthen them and presumably my upper body? Thank you again for posting your wonderful videos, they really do make a difference to our lives.

    Love your standing workouts. Been doing Pilates for a few years but prefer the standing routines as have a dodgy knee that doesn't like kneeling but is fine for standing work as long as no jumps. Means I can get a workout without hurting the knee. Also like the different length workouts that I can combine or just do a short one if in a hurry. Keep it going!!

    Thank you Rachel for both videos. Nice sedate workout for a Sunday morning. I’m in my sixties with knee osteoarthritis so this suited me very well.     I am also doing ballet movement exercises. I read somewhere that it would be good to cross-train with Pilates or yoga to avoid injury. I like your workouts.
