amazing work. ILM never stops to invent and I love that.
0:58 Man, that whole Night of a Thousand Tears sequence was absolutely breathtaking and truly jaw-dropping!
I want to see that model sundari so bad
1:13 That shot is "stolen" from Terminator
I will always love Luke Skywalker Jedi Master above all other Jedi, and am thankful we get to see more of Luke's life.❤️
Agreed
Luke already looked good in Mando, but you guys really took it to another level here. This version could probably carry his own show.
Ahhh, those water shots. Took the entire farm to render. I remember that hahaha!
Talk about one of the coolest jobs in the world. Great job ILM!
Crazy cool that they stuck with stop-motion for the Monk Droid!
I thought it was CGI meant to look like stop motion apparently I was wrong
Amazing!
You guys ROCK!! Thanks for all the ILM magic ❤️
Many thanks for showing this! 🎬 #ILM #StarWars #TheBookOfBobaFett #DisneyPlus
Outstanding work! I am looking forward to Season 2.
If it happens
Some of the best looking effects ever seen for a "TV" series.
The kid gamer in me can't help but want to explore the 3,000+ buildings of Mos Espa in Unreal.
They really earn that "Magic" portion of their name, don't they?
6:05 - Best flight sim ever
Glorious
I get more thrilled by visual effects that feel rough and tangible.
One thing is sure: You good folks from ILM have done a better job with the Visual Effects than the authors have done with the scripts of Boba Fett.
Wizards!!
Love all the hardwork put into these shows!!! Thank you!!!
Amazing
Just AMAZING work for the golden age of star wars, unstoppable ILM!!!
Golden age? Yikes.
Spare no expense. So awesome, great job you guys!
Shamook lead the deepfake? Fantastic work all around. Delivering unknown worlds for over 40 years
This is what we8ve been waiting for!
I wish I knew how to deep fake my younger face over my older face. I was a stud. Lol.
Greatest to ever do it 👑👑👑
“May maybe the dark slong’s in someone else’s hands”
Love the series and realy want more!
I bet if they had broken up and sprinkled those two Mandalorian and Luke/Grogu episodes through the whole first 5, (or 6,) episodes, Better Call Saul-style, the fans wouldn't have been _nearly_ as critical about them.
I mean, cramming them in to two entire Boba Fett-free episodes, especially considering it's supposed to be a show about Boba Fett, was pretty jarring. Even if they arguably were some of the best Star Wars content of ANY kind in a long time, on their own.
Their inclusion in this particular context only served to set up a distinction, not only in substance but possibly even more importantly in style. Making it feel like a sudden, hard turn.
Of course, there's also the argument that it wouldn't really matter, knowing they were pretty well doomed to please any significant percentage of the fans, anyway lol I mean, It IS Star Wars fans we're talking about, after all!
Whatever decisions they make are all but guaranteed to piss off this chunk of the fandom, or that. No matter _what_ they do!
It's a little more cynical a point of view, admittedly. But not without truth lol demonstrated by the fact that pretty much everyone reading this comment will recognise EXACTLY what I'm talking about! 😅 _Don't_ you?!?
( just sayin' 🤜💥🤛)
#DontShootTheMessenger ✌
Little correction: The ROTJ Rancor wasn't a go-motion puppet, but a rod puppet shot at a high framerate.
What did the Mandalorian say when someone asked him for directions?
“This is the way”

Congratulations on the win
very well deserved 🥇🏆
Thank you!!

Person being eaten needs more Gamma or Gain.
Impressive as usual 🌹

Did I miss where Mos Espa is surrounded by a canyon? Dont recall seeing anything like that in Episode 1
You only see the top level in the phantom menace and you can see the top level in the bobf too.
@@jordanfitzgerald7886 And the reason you cant see any canyons in the movie? Or am I misunderstanding "top level"?
@@Alex-xg8py because light travels in a straight line, and they never show an aerial view of the city in the film
@@jj_b5400 So if youre standing at the bottom of the grand canyon, you wont see anything higher than a 2 story building? The height of those rocks looks insanely tall. Anyways, just an interesting change
@@Alex-xg8py I'm confused at what you're asking. Jordan said the events of the film took place at the top level, which is not the bottom of the grand canyon, rather the raised area surrounding it.
Some scenes feel so fake, meaning it's bad/cheap CGI.
Great series. Amazing FX. 🙌 Thanks very much! ✌😎
My nephew: “why is Boba Fett bad in Battlefront? Is he bad? because I thought he was good.”
Me: …sigh…
ILM's work, excellent. Scripts when things weren't a Mando Season 3 ep, poor
Better than marvel rn
