Ive just started doing excersizes for core twice a week. Excersizes to strengthen my leg. And I do the excersizes scissor kick and stretch my heels every day.
SneakySnek 7 no not everyday, but I at least do them twice a week. Unfortunately due to coronavirus I’m not able to have lessons at the moment but I still practice these often to keep my strength!
Can weight resistance deep squats help with the 2 point position for balance and strength? I have been doing way more now. Before that when I went for my first jumper lesson, my legs killed me the next day, like I did a bunch of squats, haha.

Strengthening and flexibility exercises always help with your seat and balance! Especially over those jumps! - Dominique from Home Office
