18 sets purely for biceps. That’s not really necessary unless (if I had to assume) you’re like this guy and have been training for so long it’s hard to see progress if you don’t train this hard. But if you’re a beginner into bodybuilding or just trying to build a foundation, 4 sets for each exercise isn’t necessary, 2 sets could build your biceps even more and tagged along with progressive overload you’ll see progress. Choose 2-3 bicep exercises for 2 sets and your preferred rep range, and start tracking how much weight and reps you curl. And as you’re tracking if you ever curling on a new session and you got the same reps as last time, add a set to it for that session, that will for sure break bicep plateaus and progressive overload your muscle size and strength

Too much volume bro. specially in legs and abs and plyometrics, cut your work outs down. Right down what you lift on each muscle on each workout and each week try and beat your previous reps. That’s progressive overloads that’s what will really get you looking big
