    Matcha pudding that is hardened with gelatin has a smooth and beautiful finish without any shavings.
    Because it uses milk and fresh cream, it has a smooth and rich finish.
    And pudding is caramel, but this time we will have matcha sauce ♩
    This matcha sauce is irresistible for its sweetness and richness, 🤤

    ~ Matcha pudding ~
    【material】
    ・ Matcha powder 10g
    ・ Granulated sugar 30g
    ・ Milk 150g
    ・ Cream 150g
    ・ Powdered gelatin 5g (25g of water for soothing type)
    ◎ Preparation
    ・ When using a soothing type of powdered gelatin, sprinkle the powdered gelatin in water and let it soak.
    ☆ How to make
    ①. Sift the matcha into the bowl.
    ②. Put half the amount of granulated sugar (roughly OK) in ① and mix with a spoon or a small whipper.
    ③. Put milk and the remaining granulated sugar in a pan and heat over low heat.
    ④. When bubbles pop up around the pan and boil lightly, turn off the heat and add gelatin to dissolve it.
    ☆ If gelatin remains undissolved, turn it on a little and dissolve it completely!
    ⑤. Put 1-2 spoons of ④ in ② and mix well.
    Repeat this 5 to 6 times to make a paste that flows smoothly.
    ☆ It is a work to reduce the lumps of matcha as much as possible! Be careful not to suddenly add a large amount of milk!
    ⑥. Add the remaining ④ and mix well, then rub into another bowl and pour.
    ⑦. Add the cream in two portions and mix well each time.
    ⑧. Pour into a cup and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to harden.

    ・ Matcha 5g
    ・ Granulated sugar 20g
    ・ Milk 20g

    ~ Finishing ~
    ①. Make matcha sauce.
    Sift matcha into a bowl, put granulated sugar in it, and mix well with a spoon or a small whipper.
    ②. Add boiling water little by little and mix.
    ③. Add milk, mix and rub into another bowl.
    ④. Put the cold and hardened pudding on a plate and serve with ice cream if you like.
    ⑤. Sprinkle plenty of matcha sauce from above.

    If I use sheet gelatin instead of powder, will I need to add 25g of water in the mixture? Thank you!

    抹茶の粉お茶用の粉しかないんですけど

      多分薄くなると思うので百均などの製菓用の抹茶を使えばいいかと
