I used to think it was spiderman. But that ride has become more outdated for me. I've become less and less into the herky jerky screen based rides, which universal has a plethora of. Whereas a B&M looper like hulk is more timeless.
The incredible hulk coaster was the first coaster I ever did so that holds a place for me also the marvel character dinner is so fun to do as with the character interaction and the amazing adventures of spider man
My first coaster ever in my life was the Hulk, I was 17 years old, I screamed so much I lost my voice for 5 days and my friend threw up during the ride 😂
Super heroes part of islands is great but Universal has got to update the Cartoon land part! Popeye, Bettie Boop, and other ancient comics characters are sooooooo old. These characters are so old and I am in my sixties! Would love to see that part get updated.
I wonder if they will ever retheme marvel superhero island in the future. Marvel is a popular brand right now and universal has the theme park rights forever. But on the flip side, they will never be able to develop or expand the area without disney's approval.
That is true, but the advantage they do have is that they own half of the major marvel characters in their park, Disney technically can’t use them there
@@mattkugelman4369 They own the rights but can't do anything further with them. It's the one area of the park that has to remain untouched. So I wonder if universal will want to keep that area forever. In the meantime, disney could explore other marvel characters not being used by universal, like the guardians. Cosmic rewind is an amazing attraction.

328 rides on the Hulk so far for me. Started in 2016 after the refurbishment was completed.
Storm Force AND the Tea Cups at the other place, are BOTH based on the Tilt-a-Whirl which was invented in Faribault MN in 1926. Exact same concept.
We always try to find Rick when we visit. He moves quickly! My sons get excited when they see him but are a little timid.

I feel that way about Marilyn street performance with the age of the visitors and now more kids are coming.
