Stardust is way better than starfall. It’s magical and makes you think of leaving a stream of sparkly star dust in your wake.
Went w our kids they loved it! They do need more shade esp in the lines and yes there did used to be more water things to do. Maybe its not too late. Its funny going in the tribute store and explaining videotapes to kids and showing them the giant old tv. Its like a museum and history lesson to them.
Guy Diamond was out when I went to my preview, so the "glitter troll" does come out too!

Thing is, the Universal Wonderland mini-land in Universal Japan is extremely well done for a “studio” park. Even as adults, my friends and I have spent hours in there making the comic strips come to life in Snoopy Studios, eating at the themed cafés and snack shops, and taking pics throughout the Hello Kitty and Sesame Street areas. Universal Creative has done better than Dreamworks Land.

I give no credit to Starfall education... World of Warcraft has been using the term Starfall many times for over 20 years
I went for employee previews and wasn’t really wow’d by it; the area felt cheap which makes sense because they built it quick and it’s a kids area but I wish there was more effort if the Kung Fu area. The Trollercoaster didn’t have any music when I went and I only heard the generic pop music in the queue, I really wanted to hear Can’t Stop the Feeling but they played it at the end of the stage show. The ride itself felt a little rough and the theming could’ve been improved (the signage is very nice, though.) I never do the photo opportunities and the characters were cool but it’s too awkward for me to play an improv game with Donkey.
The stage show walls were sick! The singing had a lot of technical issues where the mic wouldn’t work and a lead technician was sitting behind me with an iPad who freaked out at the end because something wasn’t working. The clouds at the end were super nice. Overall a decent experience that’ll hopefully attract a lot of kids in Studios.
The way kids were interacting with Panda Talk with Po they were interacting with Po and doing "kung fu" moves and being active. Watch it when a bunch of kids are there.
Now I can’t wait to catch it next visit!
Rumor has it if you go into the bead room or the tribute store and turn your head to the let the actual blood moon is on the wall.
I personally love "Stardust Racers" I always thought Starfall was a weird word to use. The new name just rolls off the tongue better.
I also ate the blue and got the green.

The giant comet out front of Stardust Racers makes me convinced that Universal should have renamed the rollercoaster to "Comet Collider". 😊

15:35 “it’s so blue, bluer than any food should ever be” - exactly my experience. I went on TM preview and saw everyone getting a blue mouth while eating it. I got one too, tasted okay but wayyyyyy too sweet and blue.
I can get behind Stardust!! I think it represents the universe better overall! Starfall racers was good, though!

Starfall Ed did nothing but waste legal resources and give Universal an easy future tie-in with JoJo.
Jojo’s has actually already been in Universal Studios Japan. As a huge anime/manga fan, I really hope Universal brings those experiences over to the American parks SOMEDAY
The Shrek food is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive!!! …..it’s bread! It LITERALLY cost them 45 cents to make. The Shrekzel should be $5-$6.99.
The sad part about the upcharged event is that people will pay it. It's like two weeks rent in Australia, (for a tiny one bedroom 30+ year old apartment on the edge of suburbia).

You gotta be right about the Fast & Furious Coaster station being in New York because a dual-load station is just not going to fit where the RRR station is, not without moving the queue to somewhere they can't really move the queue to. What they REALLY need to do is demolish the RRR station completely and build a second theater for Despicable Me and then have New York Drift swing out over it. It's probably going to have to fly over the Fallon thing as well because there is simply no room between the Guggenheim building and the plot east of the BMG theater. Also, I can't imagine Fallon, Despicable Me, the concert stage, maybe even Villain Con having to fight with the sounds of those launches.
Remember Barney used to have a playground / meet and greet called Barney’s backyard. Is the playground there or they demolished Barney’s backyard playground .

Wasn't a fan of dreamworks land at first from the videos but the land charmed me. Shrek area is the best hands down, but they needed to put more shade for the kids there. Troll area is fine, and kids should love the stage show but panda and gabby are the big letdowns. Gabby gets a crappy photo op after listing her in the press? Not even a tiny spinner ride? As for panda--so much wasted space and less to do than kids zone in a park that needs more kids stuff. I won't compare it to kids zone but japan wonderland the japan parks kids zone. They have in their small area--12 kids rides for all ages. Preschool rides to early teen. Three themes, hello kitty, sesame street and snoopy and it blows Florida away. Snoopy red baron ride, hello kitty bow spinners, two car rides and one is a preschool car ride with soft ground and little baby cars. An indoor kids coaster. A full building full of the puss and boot window thing for snoopy but they have a vr baseball, lucy cartoon maker, make music and more. Puts ours to shame. Outside dance shows, kitty cafe and more. An elmo skateboard ride where you "shrunk" down in size and elmo rides you around while skateboarding. They couldn't have cloned some of those 12 kids rides for panda? Ditch the crappy not spinner seats and put some little rides there. So, panda and gabby is the biggest letdown. Others are fine but japan just crushes Florida this time. You should do a dreamworks land vs japan wonderland video in the future.

Not being Starfall Racers absolutely does change the ride. The trains were reminiscent of a star falling. Now it’s like saying they are just dust lol. I fail to realize in what way that a roller coaster would damage the brand if an education company that no one I’ve ever know has even heard of. Just petty people.
