- Hace unos días caminando por un bosque de robles me topé con una cierva que salió corriendo, pero al poco tiempo se paró para mirarme atentamente. En ese momento me acordé de mis amigas de Países Bajos Jacq @JacqJansen y Agnes @AgnesvandenBerg59 y por ello les dedico este video.
La caminata fue muy bien y pude recolectar unos cuantos rebozuelos y boletus de verano a parte de disfrutar del propio bosque.
En nuestra zona podemos encontrar varios tipos de rebozuelos, una seta con un olor y sabor delicioso y que se puede comer sola, con un revuelto de huevos o preparando una salsa para acompañar sobre todo a carnes. Si queréis más información, en mi canal tengo una lista de reproducción de los distintos rebozuelos que podéis encontrar. Y por otra parte en verano el rey es el boletus de verano o reticulatus. Uno de los 4 mejores boletus que podemos recolectar y cuyos detalles también los podéis ver en los videos del canal.

A few days ago, while walking through an oak forest, I came across a doe that ran away, but soon stopped to look at me attentively. At that moment I remembered my friends from the Netherlands Jacq @JacqJansen and Agnes @AgnesvandenBerg59 and that is why I dedicate this video to them.
The walk went very well and I was able to collect a few chanterelles and summer bolete mushrooms apart from enjoying the forest itself.
In our area we can find several types of chanterelles, a mushroom with a delicious smell and taste that can be eaten alone, with scrambled eggs or preparing a sauce to accompany meats. If you want more information, on my channel I have a playlist of the different chanterelles that you can find. And on the other hand, in summer the king is the summer boletus or reticulatus. One of the 4 best boletus that we can collect and whose details you can also see in the channel's videos.

WOW! My favourite mushrooms. Thank you very much . They are so tasty fried with potato and onion, or or as a filing for a pie. Rice risotto or buckweat with Cantharellus Cibarius is fantastic. The most delicious they are when they are baked with salmon in a creamy sauce. Have a lovely day.

Good evening dear Renate, Thank you very much for these wonderful words. The chanterelles were very healthy and I shared them among my friends. I ate the 4 boletus that appear in the video and they were very tasty. I also found others that were no longer usable for eating and they stayed there. The thing about the deer was great, I almost stepped on her and she was very scared, but I was even more so, however she immediately stopped and stayed there for a while observing the situation, so much so that I was able to take out the camera and record.
I was really looking forward to walking through the oak forest as I had not walked in the forest for more than three weeks.
I am very glad that it rained there, here now we are expecting a heat wave in some places over 40º

Hola, Manu. Por aquí hay tal sequedad que ni rebozuelos, ni boletus, ni ná de nå 😂😂. Hasta la fauna se esconde para no ser vista. Precioso ejemplar de cierva y la música que has utilizado me ha gustado y sentado de maravilla al vídeo. Buen trabajo 😜. Un abrazo fuerte desde los calores de Madrid
El calor fuera de lo que es la cornisa cantábrica aprieta en verano, así que hay que aguantar como se pueda. Aquí el verano está siendo muy malo, dos días de calor en julio sin pasar de los 28 grados y el resto no pasamos de 23º. Muchas gracias por ver el video, esta seta es muy fácil de identificar y y las parecidas no tienen riesgo.

Qué bonito bosque de Quercus pyrenaica. Un melojar. ¡Qué suerte ver la cierva!
En mi paseo de hoy a la mañana por Peñas de Aia en Irun he visto un par de zonas llenas de esta seta, que aquí llamamos ziza-hori. ¡Daban para un revuelto! Pero ahí se han quedado porque yo soy de los que piensa que las setas del bosque están donde deben estar. Sobre todo en estos bosques nuestros tristemente degradados. Suficiente tienen con lo que tienen como para despojarlos de parte de su biodiversidad por darle un capricho a mi paladar.

La verdad que sí, estos robledales y hayedos que tenemos son una joya, llenos de vida y de biodiversidad, aunque como muy bien dices algunos de ellos muy degradados. Esta primavera entuve en Pagoeta en el Jardín botánico que es una pasada y también he estado por los montes de Aia, preciosos. Me muevo bastante por Euskadi, Navarra y la Rioja, a parte de estudiar setas también me gustan las orquídeas que son una maravilla de la evolución de la naturaleza. Me encanta el gesto que has tenido con las ziza-hori, es muy importante respetar la biodiversidad,
Eskerrik asko por ver el video, este canal es una pequeña guía micológica donde me gustaria llegar a 1000 especies, en los libros se ven muchas imágenes pero en los videos muchos detalles que ayudan a identificar una especie.

Por aquí muchos ciervos en cualquier época del año Manu, pero ya setas y hongos nada de verlos, el calor está apretando bien por estos lares y hay que esperar al otoño.

👍 #69 Good morning Manu, The chanterelles sound like a 1960's band, lol. They also look to me like broken or smaller pieces of 'Chicken of the Woods' and from the description, are just as tastey. Are they always that yellow? On 3:50 they look very similar to the leaf litter they are growing thru and if they were brown it would be super difficult to spot them. It was nice for you to see the Deer too... it looked like a Red Deer Hind to me. Thank you as always my dear friend. 👍◕‿◕
