i found Mr barrett early in my training. his tips are gold. I have improved past many because of these kicking tips. now that im more advanced i STILL go back to his basic tips to remember the finer points of these fundanemtals. thank you sir. it has also been fun to watch Mr Barrett's skills leap to another level.
Great video thank you for sharing. Your higher kick series and stretches something to safely do everyday or just once a week to slowly build muscle tone? I've personally never done splits but working my way up to it. Thanks again.

Haha totally normal! That's where most people struggle. I would say make sure you war up HEAVILY. Since you're older, it's gonna be harder opening up spaces and getting your joints to have mobility more than anything. Also, make sure you go slow and don't think about how long you should hold a stretch. Hold a stretch until you feel yourself relax into it!
Donavan I have a problem doing the splits Front Splits Actually I can do in Fairly well on my right side but I cant do it Well on my Left side on my left side am I think 2 or 3m of the Ground Could you Help me out Here

I had been wondering the same thing! There is an old comment under this video by Chris Bolosan. He had the same question, and there was an official reply: "I’d say 2 times a week as a beginner and then build up from there."

Don't look at yourself as the old dude. Everyone starts at white belt and you'd be surprised what you're capable of. 31 is most definitely not old.
