Many of the parents in Hartford ignore traffic laws with their kids. Many of these parents are civil servants. Youth in Connecticut deserve law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants. Their future depends upon it. What do you think? Should traffic fines be doubled in capital cities? Imagine law-abiding streets and adults in Hartford! Imagine!!!
