Many of the parents in Hartford ignore traffic laws with their kids. Many of these parents are civil servants. Youth in Connecticut deserve law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants. I was't riding just filiming this kids live close by.. There is anothere location around there but i think you have to pay ppl ride every sunday its located On N Meadow rd Rock Hill CT
