I’ve got a bottle of this fine whiskey. Barrel really can blend whiskey. It’s more than worth seeking out. Love their transparency and openness of their labels. Any bourbon drinker will love this dram. I’ll keep it around as long as I can find it! Barrel vantage is my favorite from these guys. On another note, did you get the package today I sent to you? You’ll enjoy those samples I’m sure.

I just opened a Stellum Rye 116.24 proof single barrel and it's ok. I had 2 bottles from the same batch and the first one was quite bitter but this second bottle is an improvement. Barrel Craft is on my buy one to try list for sure.

Easily one of the top 100 proofers that I own and for being only $55 its a definite must buy!
When I dont know if I want to reach for a bourbon or a rye I reach for this. Its a little of the best of both worlds.
