ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Peaceful Mind (Soft Spoken)

- This soft spoken ASMR deep sleep hypnosis with help you to calm your mind and create a feeling of peace and tranquility that will enable you to have a restful and restorative sleep. I am a doctor of clinical psychology so this hypnosis offers a real therapeutic experience. As it is an ASMR guided sleep hypnosis it includes multiple ASMR triggers for sleep. It begins with a sound induction using a Tibetan Singing Bowl showed to facilitate relaxation and concludes with a deep sleep induction and rain/thunder sounds to aid sleep and stabilise sleep cycles (as indicated by the literature on this topic).
Hypnosis is a skill that, for maximum benefit, must be practiced regularly and over time. It is not a stand alone treatment for insomnia and other sleep problems but can be very effective in alleviating symptoms in the short to medium term.
