Excellent video. I learned a lot. One thing I would like to point out is the animation for conventional milling has the end mill turning counter-clockwise. However the explanation was well done and sufficient for me to understand the difference between conventional milling and climb milling.

At ~18:59 it looks like they got they messed up the climb vs conventional milling explanation. Basically in the illustration it looks like the tool direction reversed when it should have stayed the same and the work direction should have been reversed. Am I missing something? (I'm very new to this and don't have any hands on experience yet).

David Youssef I’m not sure the exact model, but with all those power feeds it’s minimum $5000, most likely more.

all of these instructional videos would be awesome in some decent resolution, at least 1080P. Can I get an "Amen!"? :)

+Oscar Sanchez Jr, BSc. all of these videos were shot in 1995.what did you expect?

1080p was not available in 1995. Nor was any version of HDTV. However, the resolution in these movies are very bad. In fact if they had focused it better, everything else being the same, it would have been immeasurably better. Add Super VHF (which was widely available then) and the movies would be extremely clear. Sadly, MOST did not know about Super VHF; so they used VHF, which had the lowest resolution of all. S-VHS was twice the resolution of VHS. Of course Betamax was the best then, but MOST never heard of it. Oh well.

i know, i have to unsub bcs they didn't even shoot at 480 which is (barely) tolerable, and yes in '95 480p was available. these were uploaded in 2013 so there really is no reason to have substandard resolution. I really cannot watch this channel when there are so many on the same subject that are quite hi res
