I have two fractured toes, and I got an aircast yesterday . It was very comfortable when the doctor put it on. Now that I have put it on its pressure on my toes from the boot. I adjusted the straps.Still had a little pressure on my toe when walking. Any suggestions on how to get the boot back to feeling comfortable.
Yeahhh You don’t just walk around in this thing with a broke foot….it’s after it’s healed in a cast. You may have sprained it but definitely not broken and walking in this thing.
@@MightyWarrior4Jesus sorry, I didn't get the notification. But, indeed, I got X Ray and my 5th metatarsal was really broken. Of course not a big fracture, but I still one.
I have the longer one and think maybe I should have had the shortie instead for an ankle sprain. I DO have a comment about sitting on the rolling chair when putting the boot on. That's possibly dangerous because the chair can roll out from under you when trying to stand up.
I will be removing my hard plaster on 13th January 2021 7 weeks after my surgery..for how long should I use the moon boots before I can really walk freely
I am wearing one of these now, this did help me. However, I have no idea why you are putting the strap through both holes.. Just making more work for yourself
I have a broken foot and got a knee rover bc I couldn’t handle crutches. Total life saver. They’re available on Amazon or local medical supply companies.
If your armpits are bruised you are using crutches wrong. I am on crutches right now and the doctor specifically told me that if you push with your underarms you can pinch nerves and do damage. You’re supposed to use your forearms to push off and hold yourself above the crutch. I’ve been on mine for 6-7 weeks now and no bruising or pain.
How you holding up? I broke my right pinkie toe 3 days ago & these reviews are golden. With so many of these walking boots, its been confusing on which best for toes. Thanks hope you are much better😊
Thank you so much. I had the tabs on the tongue part at the ankle on the inside. Then I watched your video, and put the upper tabs on the outside of the plastic boot and the tabs of the tongue on the inside of plastic boot on the foot part. Feels better now.
Great video gave my boot told me nothing and I started looking today for video cause I wash it every day on bottom and wondering why it was all wet inside

Move the hand grips up. You should be taking the weight on your hands, not your arm pits.
Is there a right and left boot for the taller model? The flaps fold so the end of inside one is against my big toe and is hurting it.
