I like how the guy in the hi-vis vest is saying he's trying to keep the guy filming safe, but didn't try to keep the guy trapped in his car or the other girl safe by getting them off the road
Thank you. His demeanor changed after, "you're on camera". And never did he check on the driver of the white car with multiple airbag deployment. I moved him because something was melting under the hood and i was concerned for fire. Since he wasn't more injured, i would rather move him BEFORE the car catches fire.

I like tow truck driver's enthusiasm, but moving someone out of a car before they are seen by EMTs is dumb, and might open him up to a lawsuit after the fact. "I'm a tow truck driver, don't tell me what to do" might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
The battery was ruptured and melting. I've seen this cause fires. So, i would rather move him BEFORE the car fills with smoke or flames are shooting. Especially with the curtain airbag deployment. I would be ripping him out. So, calm, pre fire extraction is much easier and safer. The tow truck comment was because he said, "i'm first on scene".
yep, if his neck was sore he should have been assessed by EMTs for cervical spine injury before moving out of the vehicle... Clearing the road for traffic is least priority when someone could be seriously injured. He had good intentions, but poorly executed.
