and still has to yield right of way to traffic already in the round a bout which he did not do. He literally ran up to the side of the car from behind and made a fuss. He was in the wrong, no question.
That isn't a roundabout... Though yes, technically he is in the wrong as with a right turn only green arrow you still have to give way. Doesn't change the fact that the car changed lanes without indication. Those green arrows are made to move traffic faster, unless there is some idiot changing lanes without indication while there is a vehicle there.
