I saw the rider's other videos. He was taking out his aggression after his butt was handed to him by an old man in one of his other videos. I heard his next video is taking some 9 year old's lunch money.

and then theres the very last guy as prime example of what he meant by being part of the problem haha
yea he might have been speeding but it still wasnt really his fault, the car went across all the lanes which you arent really suppose to do. if they turned into the right line as they are suppose to do then the biker wouldnt have been cut off. also its a go pro probably so it distorts the view distance so the car was closer than it seems, also the white car had a red light and is supposed to stop all the way before turning and they didnt hardly even stop before driving into the intersection. so in this instance even if the biker was speeding, its 0% his fault and he wasnt apart of the problem at all. the white car was %100 wrong.

I rock wheelies around all the time so 'idk if I give a "Great Name" but even when i am driving around on one wheel , I'm doing the speed limit or just under the limit, STAYING in my lane still as if i'm driving on 2 wheels and even use signals if I need to make a lane change!! :D hahaha

I hope you realize that it doesn’t matter what “happened” by your view, there were multiple people in the group and multiple civilians, so your plan falls through even before including that most stoplights have a camera.
As for whether it was an accident or not, he was riding close to his friends so not only would you be charged with Attempted Murder/Manslaughter for him but the others too, and even if you didn’t hit them you could be charged with Reckless Driving and Endangerment.
Now to the second part of this, if they turn out to be under 18, you’ll be hit with Child Endangerment and you’ll be facing a harder Judge because you could’ve, very easily, killed a minor.
In other words, for a single dent you could be charged with
1. Multiple Counts of Assault
2. Multiple Counts of Attempted Murder/Manslaughter
3. Reckless Driving
4. Child Endangerment/Civilian Endangerment
5. False Statements/Obstruction Of Justice
That’s just the very obvious ones. You’d also have your license revoked, get years of jail time, if not lifetime/death sentence, and have a now, very, unclean record.
Which means that you’ll likely lose your job, you’ll have a hard time finding another one, you can’t live in certain areas, you possibly could be put under watch/probation which prevents you from coming within a set vicinity of children, which means you could be forced to not see your own child, and you’ll likely lose your car and family.
So is it still worth it?

At the end of the day, even if a car did something wrong, its your job to keep yourself alive, not everyone elses. Rather than going into a "they did wrong they are dangerous and stupid bla bla bla", a rider should learn from the experience. "How can I avoid being involved in that situation again. What could i have done differently to avoid this close call. How did i react, were there better avoidance options? Was I as focused as I should have been?" etc. is the correct reaction. You cant expect everyone around you to be faultless. Hell, you cant even expect that they are legally allowed to drive.
