Try Indian food ( and try something other than naan butter chicken or butter paneer or samosa bcoz Indian food are not only these options! ) You can try idli sambhar or Pau bHaji or litti choka or maybe dosa and you can also try choke kulche ❤

Regular milk will actually split if it’s brought to a boil, so I’d use evaporated if you can! Otherwise you can just add a splash of regular milk once all the water’s evaporated and heat (just don’t bring your a boil) then stir in your cheese until it melts! 🫶🏻

At most, I'll add pepper. Anymore than that and I feel like I'm eating a casserole or some other dish. Some cheeses, like Gouda, are already strong on their own without adding additional seasonings.
these recipes aren't so good. it's hard to cook the pasta and have little water left. yes the starch water is good, but you'll get better reliable results just using old methods of straining out water and using American cheese or roux method.
