Right way with the stove is that the "control" panel is on the right (you can determine it by "on-off" button). Also, this must be my favorite kitchen yet! 😍
Should horde the yard full of stuff and the house as well see how much it will bring and keep on rocking out the great builds I really appreciate the hard work you put into them for us fans God bless you my friend and everyone else as well
Im currently playing house flipper 1 and i got really bored because i was furnishing the houses like i would like them and they started looking basically the same. Watching your videos made me not think about it too much and i just made goofy and houses that are more out there and im having so much fun!!! So thank you for your chaotic buildings!
Hey bro next time try white around the window seal area when u use different colors on the walls it looks good in my opinion and try grey colors on the seals when u do white walls
The beauty of House Flipper series is that it is just like in real life, there are all kinds of houses...the good, the bad, and the ugly. But in the end, the one you call home is the one you can make it your own no matter your taste!
Funny enough, here in India we don't have wooden/carpet flooring unless you're in some Hotel, at home we always have 100% tiled floors or marble floors... A suggestion though you could use those tube lights and add it as under the counter lighting, which I think most of us have, I think open floor plan gives you better money that multiple room ones?
The stovetop (we call them hobs in the uk) goes with the controls (power button, +/- buttons) goes on the right hand side, but you can actually change the hob type in the options before you buy :)
every surface being replaced lets me sell for massive amounts every house, i also sell everything in the house even if i replace it with the exact same item if it isnt damaged im pretty sure i sell it for the same price i buyt it at if i do get the item again.

The open floor plan worked out quite nicely, and adding that BBQ area outside tied it all together. It turned out great.

The roller is good for massaging muscles, especially when you have sore muscles 😅 good job on the house though 👏🏼
I usually go through and make my games controls as similar as possible so there is a little less confusion when I switch between games
