I like the cabin that you were working on at the end of the video, but the lighthouse was awesome, too. I also didn't know that you could set houses up for flipping in sandbox mode.
The jobs in that house seem really well thought out especially the extra touches like the picture containers, looking forward to seeing it finished. I finally finished and uploaded my sandbox build of the Central Perk coffee house from 'Friends' (no jobs just an attempt at a good facsimile) if you are familiar with the series I'd love to hear your comments.
That lighthouse and the haunted house were both pretty cool. Very well done. And I love the picture boxes in the house you’re still working on, that was such an innovative idea. Such a creative place, and really fun to flip. Side note, I think they do want another light in the kitchen area, you weren’t crazy for thinking that it was too dark otherwise. Lol. As for the house you make, I’d say do whatever feels right. Sounds like making it a potential flip rather than a job will fit better with what you want to see. 😊
possible thought on the job divisions in this house possible they made the room and then removed the divider after doing the stains and rubbish and jobs for the room. not sure if that is how to possible do jobs that way however they have done an increadible job both with what they have added and removed during the whole process. the thought on doing your sandbox house i think it would be good to do it as a job however you could put the house out as you see it just as a house i know its twice the work but hey the before and after from others to compare would be interesting.
