So many guys don't put ANY effort into their hair but today I hope we can change that. In this video, we have 2 models rating 4 guys' hairstyles in a fun experiment. The purpose of this video is to bring awareness to men about their hairstyles. This is a brand new concept to my channel and I hope you guys like it! For someone who has had locs for 5 years, it's tough at that length bc they're either in your face all the time or when you do a ponytail, it's too short and you get the pineapple look at the top of your head. Dreads grow so slowly since all your hair is coiled up and twisted. For him to achieve a proper manbun look he'd likely need 3-4 more years of growth unfortunately. It is what it is. I never got there. I cut mine when they were at around shoulder length. Growing my hair back our For round 2. It is what it is.

I completely disagree on the girls first choice, the snow cone look is a no go and umm… I don’t mean it in a mean way but his hairline is kind of fading, a shorter cut would suit him better. I’ve always liked guys with the twist look but like the girls said it doesn’t look good with his hair in his face, a headband is needed until it’s grown out. Hair’s style is on point, he just needs proper product in his hair, same goes for the guy with the long curly hair.

Lol Real talk, love all 3 of those guys. And THEY'RE just 3 out of a GANG of dudes on socials doing this type of content. Nobody can do it better, so I just enjoy being a fan like you, bro). But here's what I can tell you about thinning hair. You DON'T wanna try to hide it or cover it. No comb-overs, and no ballcaps. You don't wanna look like a sleazy old middle-aged guy desperately tryna recapture his youth. And you're not 12, so no caps, no cap! 😅 The longer your hair that you DO have is, it only draws more attention to the hair that you DON'T have. Now there is a difference between thin hair and thinNINGhair. My hair is thin, meaning straight and fine texture. But I have a lot OF it. Thinning hair means hair loss. Male pattern baldness. Whether it's thinning at the crown, the front hairline, or top, it's hair loss. Where the loss is at is important because if it's at the crown, you can regrow hair with medicine like Minoxidil (Rogaine). It does work. But you gotta be committed and stay consistent, or else you'll go right back to square one of losing it if you stop using the medicine. But even over-the-counter medication like that won't help if you're thinning anywhere other than the crown. So I say embrace what you have. Cut it short and closely cropped as possible. Buzz cut would be the move. Low to no maintenance. And then you'd be left to focus on other aspects of handsomeness like facial symmetry, strong jawline, clear skin, healthy and well-proportioned body. Stylish, well-fitted clothes. You work on those and rock a buzz cut or even shaved b bald, and you gon be lookin like a BOSS, yo! But dude, if you still have most of your hair and it's just starting to thin out, then consult with your barber or hair pro. You need to develop a good, long-term relationship w/ a barber that you can comfortably communicate with, and they have to understand your particular needs, and try to meet those needs by working with what you have for them to work with! Stay away from using heat like blow-drying, don't wash it daily-2x wk tops, be gentle with towel drying and combing/brushing it. And know wht products to use, and use less of them than you think. Shampoo with biotin helps, as does taking biotin supplements. Best of luck to you, man! Hope that helps you! 🙏🏽 Wrote you a book there! Lol But then again that's wht I do! I’m 21 now and the stress that follows with my university studies aren’t really helping my balding lol. I’ve always dressed with purpose and developed a unique style. The only problem I can really think of is my hair. If my hair was thinning at the crown I could easily rock a buzz cut, but since the problem is my hairline, pretty much all hairstyles look bad. Even buzzcut. I also feel like I’m too young to shave it all off, so I’ve got a bit of a dilemma here.
All of those who are concerned about what people think of their appearance. Word of advice, get your money up & career up. Everything else will come along.

The hairstyle a man has is really inconsequential- it’s finding the hairstyle that best suits your facial features. You have to work with what you have. Always focus more on healthy hair, use essential oils daily especially sandalwood and lavander, rosemary, rose and caster oil and various other carriers.
You must micro-needle at least once a week or more.
Wash your hair less, don’t use hairstyles that strain your hair like dreadlocks if your white, too much dye or any dye for that matter.
If you bought a 1oz bottle of sandalwood and use it everyday for 30 days I bet you’ll come back here and thank me
