Hello, can you tell me which size of bolt and nut did you use please? Especially the bolt I cannot find anywhere. Many thanks. It is enough just the dimension.
You mention the heat shield being loose near the cat at the front and welding it on. My heat shield looks to be held in 2 places with bolts at the front of the car and is very loose. I was gonna put some big washers over the nuts and tighten them but not sure now as you have mentioned welding. Are the two bolts not doing anything? One has an earth cable on it
Any idea what codr P0171 relates to? Iv put in new oxygen sensor, tested for vaccum leaks, hosee are fine the code reappears after reseting after 30 miles. Runs fine smooth idle, its always been thirsty 1.5 engine. System to lean Bank 1 - P0171 Any help appreciated its getting costly.
Mate, I needed to replace mine today and i had the same issue, nuts and bolts just crumbled. already got the parts but im gonna get a garage to remove thos two bolts as i aint got an angle grinder. nightmare
It wasn't a quick exhaust swap, a shop would have pulled the lot off im certain amd charged for a full system 😂
Can u answer my questions below? Please

Yeah, things like this are always an issue on older cars. Then people wonder why the garages charge 2 hours for a half hour job haha 😄
You're Mrs not like the loud exhaust or are yous getting rid of the swift?
Its a bit of both mate, but its certainly more saleable with a stock exhaust 👍
Hey mate. what year is the Suzuki Swift brother? Because I want to try and straight pipe my 2011 Suzuki Swift. Do u reckon it can be done? Thanks bro
That Suzuki is a 07 plate, so I'm pretty sure It's a 2007 ^^
