SAMMMMEEEE! i really want this year 2021 to be the year i grow my hair.
One thing I did after ruining my hair and had to cut it is I bought a special deep conditioning. When I washed my hair, I stopped shampooing for a good while and only conditioned! I rarely combed it but when I did, I did not take through it. I was EXTRA EXTRA gentle with my curls. My hair grew so fast. Way faster than I thought it could ever grow. Then years later I added hair growth vitamins. So sorry I forgot the names to what I used, but they both came from Wal-Mart. My hair is now to my bottom. :D Just be gentle with you hair and keep it moisturized. Do not shampoo too much.

Hey girl! Been watching your videos for a few weeks now. Thanks for the tips ❤️. I would suggest using folate instead of folic acid. Folic acid is a synthetic version of folate and too much is not good. Natural form is best. You can find it just like folic acid or you can find it in multivitamins, there are also foods high in folate such as spinach. Also, methylated folate is the best for majority of women.

I live on my own, so my family can’t hide it. And 2 years ago, I was still flat ironing my hair. However, I have straightened my hair once since April of this year! Working to balance protein & moisture & keeping my hair short has made it super healthy. I’m actually into having short hair right now, so I’m just living that life & cutting off the flat ironed bits bit by bit. It’s going well actually! My curl pattern was super damaged but she is coming back!

Last week’s wash day, I used the peach Vanity Planet Scalp Massager that I bought for my mother on my scalp, and loved it. Vanity Planet will be replacing my pink one since it proved to be defective. I need to get back to doing hot oil treatments since I haven’t done them since early last year. I deep condition weekly under the Dryer, but really want a KISS Red Pro Steamer.

It took me like 4 years to grow my hair down to my lower back and I just wanted a little trim off the ends. This new hairdresser cut my hair and now I got a frikin bob! I got home and cried for hours and now I’m so afraid that it will take years again for growing it 😭😭😭😭
