If you are referring to all India counseling, the answer is NO. Once you decide to hold on to your seat after two days of R2 results publication, your seat is locked. You cannot participate in any counseling, anywhere in India.

R1 to R2 - only a drop of two marks. You should not look at mop up round. That's only one candidate who got lucky because of the rule which did not allow upgrade in mop up round.

sir - if in AIQ Round-1, we get deemed college and join the college by paying fee, then you participate in state counseling(round-1) and get a govt. seat there as well, what happens to the money/fee you paid to deemed college. Will we get refunded (20 lacs or so) . And will state counseling inform MCC to remove my name from 2nd round MCC participation
You have to request the MCC R1 college to refund the money. Yes, they will refund the money. In some colleges, there may be some small deduction towards administrative fees. Your name will not be removed from MCC Round 2. You are free to participate in MCC Round 2 also.

You have to report to the college in person with all original documents to complete the admission. Generally, they will give about 7 days from the date of publication of results. You have to check the schedule for the exact time line. If you don't report within the time given for round 2, you will lose your security deposit.

First of all, no exemption is given yet. The board marks based admission will come into picture only for government quota seats. Other state students are not eligible for government quota seats in TN.

Sir, if you join a college in AIQ First round and selected upgrade option, and you participate in State first round and do not get a college of your choice, are you still allowed to participate in state second round as well and take the seat in state second round. This is for karnataka state

If you don't get a seat in R2, you will become ineligible for any further counseling anywhere. You have to stay with R1 college. If you get a seat in R2, you can exit with forfeiture. You will lose the security deposit, but you are free to participate in any other counseling.

Yes, you can leave the college. Penalty varies from college to college. May be around 10,000 Rs. But, please check the details at the time of counseling.

NRI lapsed seat will be available only in TN round 2. After MCC round 2, you won't be able to quit deemed universities.

Sir if I get allotted and join the seat given in AIQ R1 and do not exit, will I be automatically considered ineligible for state counselling?
If you don't get a seat in R2, you will become ineligible for any further counseling anywhere. You have to stay with R1 college.
If you get a seat in R2, you can exit with forfeiture. You will lose the security deposit, but you are free to participate in any other counseling.

@@phanikumkumagunta9182 R1 is free exit from MCC side. But, the college may deduct some amount from your fees while giving you the refund.
Remember that you should exit within two days after the publication of MCC R2 results. That's the maximum time allowed.

Suppose I am alloted Hamdard Institute in 1st round of MCC counselling and by that time my state's counselling isn't started. If I confirm my seat in Hamard and then when my state's counselling in started and I get a government college through it can I leave Hamdard? How much will be the penalty
Yes, you can leave the college. Penalty varies from college to college. May be around 10,000 Rs. But, please check the details at the time of counseling.
If i get seat in deemed university in first round of all india councelling and joined then i get seat in state councilling and want join in state.will i get fees paid including security deposite of 2.0 lahs
@@dasavathinivishweshwar8217 yes, you will get back majority of the fees and the security deposit. However, the college may deduct a small amount before giving you the refund. They may also generally take about two weeks.

TN does not have any low fees deemed university. Minimum is 21+ lacs.
