Will both all india and State rounds of counseling happen one round after the other or first mcc counseling will get completed then state counseling will start. Pl clarify.
It is planned to happen alternate. MCC round 1 > state round 1 > MCC round 2 > state round 2 and so on. But, TN rarely follows the schedule.
Deemed and management quota same ah?
Deemed universities can have management quota, NRI quota and minority quota.

No. As long as you have the necessary documents to prove your nativity, you will be accepted. Test center should not be an issue.

Counseling fees is different for reservation categories.
Stanley medical college is a government medical college.

If I get a seat in 1st round AIQ and joined with upgradation but didn't get upgradation in round 2, can I resign from the college that I joined in the 1st round? Will I get my deposit money?
Second scenario; I get a seat in the State counseling round 1 and if I get a better college in the AIQ round 2 can I resign from the state allotted college?
Is there any time line for surrendering the seat? If so how many days before the next round of counseling?
If possible can you make a video on the above doubts, it will be very useful at this juncture.

You can apply to All India, state govt counseling and state management counseling. You can join a government college through state counseling and wait for CMC Vellore. I believe you are from TN.
If you join through AIQ, you may face a problem. If, in case, CMC counseling gets delayed beyond MCC R2 counseling, you won't be able to quit the AIQ college.
So, just look at your options and plan accordingly.

Karaikal is fairly a new campus, started in 2016. The facilities are still getting developed. You cannot compare it with Puducherry campus.

Can I apply for AIQ, but I want to apply only for govt colleges in TN in AIQ, will there be any issues as she is OCI card holder. Or should I skip the All India councelling. Pls help
Probably, you might have seen the notification from Central government related to OCIs this year. As per this notification, OCIs are not eligible for seats reserved for resident Indians.
So, please wait for the official prospectus to see exactly what they enforce.

If you don't join allotted college in R2, you will lose security amount.
For next round, you need to register as a new candidate and make all payment again

Single registration for MBBS and BDS. During choice filling, you can select both medical colleges and dental colleges, as per your preference.
