This car is special only because it has BMW’s the latest S68 model 4.4Lt V8 Twin Turbo (MHEV) engine. That’s all.
Wrong, try twin snorkels, 1meter wading, 6d hydro suspension (no sway pitch or roll) no sway bars, body n soul seats, 26mm higher and 86mm wider, etc etc

@@frankmiles2244 We need to ask this question to LR that why they dropped their 5.0 Supercharged V8. Probably it was too reliable so they decided to switch to BMW. 🤷🏻♂️

That old, but great engine, will very shortly, no longer meet emissions regulations
@@StephenFogarty2023 Not really. LR has been using the BMW V8 engines since 2002. They started with M62, after that N63 and finally S68 (M engine) now. Jaguar AJ-126 was not a great engine. It had high fuel consumption (~10mpg), not reliable, high maintenance cost, and old technology. That's why it's phased out.

To be honest, Toyota lexus GX land cruiser is thousand times better than land rover
Its really not tho. Maybe more reliable but all modern cars are unreliable now. Too many electrics. The new defenders are much better off road and on road, they’re also a lot faster. Personally the best trucks are an old land rover 90 300 TDI basic reliable strong easy to fix and will go alot further offroad than a toyota
I don't want to hear you talk I don't want the camera on you and the driver wearing helmets I just want to see the car and how it drives POV from drivers view when driving.
