    I would like to see more bento options. My bento is about that same size but has three layers. Options for more diverse bentos would be nice. Lovely video though. for sure going to try this.

    Question! Is the bento something that's fine to cook the day before? (and do you save it in the fridge until the next morning) or is it something you have to make in the same morning of the day you plan to use it?

      Yes! You can make it the day before and can keep it for around 2 to 3 days in the fridge!

    Wood ear is 100% not something we have in my area, but we have another wild growing mushroom called sulfur shelf mushroom (AKA chicken of the woods), would that be a good substitute? I've never had wood ear so I'm unsure about it's flavor, but sulfur shelf has a dense texture and meaty flavor.

    Good morning, my favorite , warrior, chef.. Chef, is it possible for you to make a chicken recipe cooked in smoke, it looks like a black charred chicken cooked in smoke . I loved and miss that food. Usually, this is sold in Kagosuima Ken and Fokouka. I dot know the name of thd recipe since it mah havr difrent name in evrery japan province.
