Hello & good morning my sweet friend! Always excited to see my friends estate sale finds & drama on Saturday mornings!😁 I'll keep Deborah's husband in prayer! My mom & i used to go to garage sales every weekend, mainly spring & fall. We didn't care for the really hot part of summer & when it got really cold. We did A few where it was either too hot or too cold if they sounded really good. We always got Fridays newspaper to thing them & map them out so we didn't back track. But that was before I got into antiques & things. Love the footed basket, looks like a longaberger! The handled one is pretty too. I've have the worse luck finding the flat back hanging baskets!😏 I like them to hang on peg racks too! Love old book & the more tattered the better! Also love when they have images in them. Always look for old bibles anywhere i go! I would love to have a really big collection, I'll get there eventually!😊 I try to find books my age or older. If they're after the year i was born, I'll only pick them up if there's something special about them. Oohh my goodness!😮 i love that round ornate frame with the Victorian woman!!!❤ I don't have any that size & its just gorgeous! I also love oval frames, i think they're just beautiful! oh goodness..i love those tiny books! Something else I've had no luck finding! I was talking to someone the other day that's a huge book collector, she finds things I've never seen out in the wild & she has a nice collection of tiny books. They're just so precious!! That's A great collection! I do have the really old hard back Peter Rabbit book, normal size tho. I just can wait to see your hankie quilt!! I love Ok hankies, they remind me of my grandma.🥹 She always kept one either in her Apron pocket or under her bra strap if she didn't have her Apron on. She never wore anything but dresses so she most times didn't have a pocket without her Apron on. And of course you know i love quilts.😊 I would just gold & tuck the torn one in a little drawer or basket in one of your vignettes! The embroidered one is really pretty! The one with lace & the butterfly is really pretty too. Those are the kind i like to tuck in places & let the pretty corner show. I like the colorful ones for a quilt too! I know its going to be beautiful❤ My Sister used to have a camera if not like that one, it was very similar & it was a kodak. I even remember the box looking about the same! I think the camera is from the 70's, she had hers around that time.🤷♀️ The tin is cool! You had A really great haul! I think we are a guilty of not praying unless its something we want are need, big or small. Like we always ask fruit things, but forget to pray & give thanks & just magnify him & give him honor, just love on him & thank him. I have to remind myself of that too! I have to just stop sometimes & let him know i love him,& thank him & tell him just how wonderful he is to me.. and not ask For anything. But I do pray for small things, maybe not as much as i should, but i do. I ask for his help daily! Love what you did with the basket & cookbook, super cute vignette! I'm looking for the red & white Better Home in 1964 especially.. and older if i find one. I like the rolling pin in it. Basket #2 is precious!😊 I enjoyed as always! Will just have to collect more 🤣😅😂 I’m thinking I really need to figure out the whole garage/yard sale situation and go to some! Darin loves collecting reasonably priced cameras. Like me and my treasures I collect what I love whether has “value” or not. If it does, it’s bonus! 🤣😂 I need to work on asking Him in all things. Coming to Him in all things. @@Mythriftedhome214 The 2 pretty hankies with the stitched corners.. those pretty corners hanging from a basket, a little drawer or hanging over something, with that stitched corner showing will be super cute!! I have my hankies & 2 like napkins that are stitched on the corners in different vignettes. I have an old apron that i kept hanging on my stepback cupboard & i had a hankie hanging over the pocket.. because my grandma always wore an apron & kept her hankie in her Apron pocket.😊

I love garage sales and estate sales but prefer garage sales as they’re much cheaper, you can definitely haggle more than at our estate sales and not so early in the morning with waiting in line. Our garage sales are posted with lots of pictures so I can avoid baby, kids, modern things, etc and only go to those that have what I’m looking for. You got some nice baskets, great for so many things! I love books, especially old ones too, such a sweet children’s books❤. Those sweet miniature books are so unique, great find and a keeper for sure!

I have the giant Beatrix Potter book. Love the Beswick houses. Did you know Beswick also made many of the Beatrix Potter figurines. I have 4 and display them with the books at Easter. Great haul today.oves the magazine baskets and the one in the kitchen is styled beautifully. Always pray in praise, thanksgiving, and gratitude. I just got an amazing one at a yard sale and I think I will put my special books from my childhood in it. I love your thoughts on prayet. I pray several times a day and yet I struggle sometimes asking for things for my self if they are small. I end up thinking sometimes I shouldnt bother him for little things but you are so correct. I should pray about it all!
