Thanks for sharing travels with us. I have really enjoyed your videos. Sorry to hear of your sadness. Christmas will be strange this year but try to enjoy it. Once again. Thanks to you both. Regards John
I'm about to get my first motorhome, still undecided on model and type. I'm watching motorhome channels with great interest. Thanks for posting informative and interesting content. Watching experienced owners is very helpful.
Hire one first and do NOT think a four berth is big enough unless it is only you and your Mrs is a tiny tot We have a 7 berth roller team Maybe a wee bit big might downgrade to a 5 , but not a 4 berth
@Paul S Many thanks for the advice. I'm recently retired, it's just me and Mrs, accompanied by my daughter and her partner now and again. The only definite at the moment is fixed rear bed and garage. We used to have a caravan, so I totally agree space wise. Obviously, we've viewed a few, it's now about finding one that works for us. Again, thanks for the input.

Wow your vlogs usually keep me on my toes. I never thought about swapping one of my calor bottles for an LPG! Will look into that I think - great tip to be honest. Can’t wait until your next one. Thank you so much for sharing and take care dear people.
Now this is what I was talking about, the radfords roaming , I absolutely love these type of videos, especially how your plans change, what motorhomes were built for .
If in Skagen Den Tilsandede Kirke is nearby aka the church in the sand The west coast also has lighthouses that you can visit and climb the stairs Aarhus is another city to visit if time
Just to add to your gas guide, there are two different vehicle fittings, M22 and M10 where the adaptor screws into an outside vehicle outlet, or bottle, we didn’t realise and had to get the right set of adaptors couriered out to France. The kits come as a set of 4, have used 3 in Europe and 1 fits the lpg/ propane pumps in the USA where we are at the moment with our U.K. camper.
Good vid Radfords. There muts be a known issue with those Fridges as I know a few people have had to have fridge replaced or parts replaced to get it working again.
If you are going to Jutland I recommend going on north to Skagen the northern most tip. There you can ride a sand wagon from car park to ocean. There are old bunkers to explore if you are into history. If you go to Copenhagen I would recommend parking at a S train station in a suburb and take that to central station to avoid traffic and parking in city. The buses are good to get you around. We once drove to Sweden and took the high speed ferry to Bornholm island. You also may want to the smoked herring. If you get to Køge we have enjoyed Restaurant Arken at the harbor.Mons Klint are some cliffs to visit but wear good shoes for climbing stairs My wife is from Olgod in Jutland.
I’m glad you made it safely after all the challenges! We ended up with a big puddle of water in our bottom hab door step too after driving for hours in the wind and rain. Happy travels all 😊x

I'm guessing you don't use to much gas hence the one refillable, But it would be interesting what sort of response you get throughout Europe, because I know in France some petrol stations would be unhappy about filling a bottle, I know it is ok, but filling bottles has got a bit of a bad name here and many stations have signs saying no bottle filling on the pumps. (I know it's for the non refillable ones but the attendants would not know the difference and would just prefer to stop you). I Have the Gaslow and the filling point is on the outside of the van (so don't have to open the door), yet I have been stopped in Italy, Total stations have banned all motorhomes from filling btw. Great to see you guys back on the road, safe travels.
Fridge problem. Having we been here before? Footwell water. Poss the door seals. We had it happen with our side locker. So now every so often we just go round the seal with a damp rag to take any dust/dirt thats dried on. Since covid a lot of businesses in europe use cash only deals. Understandable really. Enjoy your trip.
Hi there brilliant video please could you tell me where you got your refillable LPG gas bottle as would love to do this for my Motorhome which has ALDE heating?
@@RoamingRadfords I have just discovered that they are planning to phase out all LPG pumps at all the major gas stations in favour of EV points by 2024 😳this will make a huge impact & I am now not sure what to do?
At the minute we find it hard to find refillable gas in the UK. However, it’s the easiest way to get gas on the continent. This is why we have both a Calor bottle and a refillable - best of both worlds.
Hooorah you’re back in your own van and doing a good travel vlog. We enjoy your vlogs when doing stuff like this. Great tip abouy having one refillable and one calor.
