Andrew was reputed to be horrible with the soldiers & police protecting the Royal family & getting away with it. There were also reports Harry wasn't much better. Admittedly they were young but you know the old saying, 'As the bough is bent so the tree will grow'. Perhaps if A & H had been not over indulged as children they may have grown up better people. Louis behaviour looks exactly like asperger syndrome child/ child in spectrum. These kids are always very inteligent, funny, full of energy and their behaviour sometimes is "out of order" ;) Im mother of spectrum child and Louis reminds me my son at his age ;) It is tru that this type of children needs parents attention 24/7.
