I have a Question we have a 5month old shepherd/blue healer puppy that started a couple of months ago to be aggressive towards our 6 year old golden who can go anywhere in our house without him attacking him bitting his ears to where he wines and bitting his legs and side and mouth the list goes on When we give our golden attention he attacked and if we push him away he try’s to nip at us. What can we do we have tried a lot of stuff and we are getting to the point of returning him to the shelter where we got him which is hard for us because we love him but have to put our other dog first can you help
Hey Robert, have you heard about this new "breed" called malinois x? Its Just a mixed dog between malinois and gsd. Thinking that it will turn into a calmer malinois and more family friendly....im getting really tired of people breeding dogs of different breed and call it a new breed.
I think he mentioned that it is not a really good idea in his opinion. He told that the dog probably will not inherit the best of both breeds but it will be a bad mix. I don't really know. Maybe a really good breeder could come up with good litters but not all puppies will be great obviously.
To be honest, it's a toss up on which breed you will get. However, if you find a good breeder you can get a soild dog. The con is what I stated above, you won't know which breed you would get until the dog is older. It's a gamble
Most breeds are just two breeds mixed together to make something new! Including the Belgian malinois. I don't say this to be mean at all, so if it comes off like that, I'm sorry! I just figured you didn't know since you said you're getting tired of having two breeds mixed together and being called a new breed.
Hey Robert.. another great tutorial. Thank you. Between the pandemic and my own lack of knowledge, my near yr old GSD needs help so she can thrive. Very high prey drive. Very reactive but good with people. Do you know anyone near Hershey Pa for some hands on help? Much appreciated. Would love to talk with you for a few if that's even possible. 😊
Great tip 👍
I love that foot block, amazing per usual.
Siggy is a lovely dog. I thoroughly enjoyed the full length video on your website Robert, thank you.

I need to teach my dog to do simple commands without a leash and to heel both sides before I introduce him to horses.
