I’ve really enjoyed watching your channel the past few months. I struggle to read the Bible through in a year not because I don’t read each day, but because I get caught up “chasing the rabbits” in the text. I get frustrated if I read 3 chapters and don’t remember all that I’ve read. So I do a lot more study than just read through. I’d like to try to do a read through but I just think the way I’m wired I won’t make it. Anyway I just wanted to tell you to keep up the good work. I love the simplicity combined with depth. It’s refreshing. Have a good New Year and hope you had a great Christmas
@Diggum1166 God bless you and your comment. I needed the encouragement today. You BLESSED ME! I totally understand "chasing the rabbits". I get that way too. Bless your Bible reading, bro.
@ We haven’t started it yet. We will on 01/01/25. As far as the Bible goes. It is a nice medium level edition. I like when Crossway makes editions with the slip case that can be used to stand them up on a book shelf. I own their Men’s Study Bible and their Creeds and Confessions Bible. Both have that kind of slip case. My family just finished the Everyday Gospel Christmas devotional yesterday. It was very good.
@ It is a good edition and I would say a great option for men that want to use it as a devotional. Much like the Everyday Gospel Bible. It will challenge Christian men to live out their faith and their identity in Christ, which is sorely needed in today’s Western Churches.
@ctedwards Interesting. Can you give me examples of his theology that you think is liberal? I honestly want to know, so if you could point me to them I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I got my wife the Tru-tone one for Christmas! She’s really excited to go through it in 2025.
@thedanalcantara It's really great so far!
Would you kindly compare Oswald Bible with Everyday Gospel? Thank you
This is the ESV Bible my wife and I will be using in 2025. We are looking forward to it.
It's great isn't it?

@@joesbibles5636 I thought you were a reformed Christian
@@markeggers3416 How did you like the Men's Study Bible?

Paul David Tripp is very liberal in his theology. Be very discerning when reading. I doubt his more “leftist” views are in that Bible but be aware
