    Billy Davidson I have lots of metal roofs in my area, most are Galvalume! Do you have a video on washing those roofs? Seen a guy just recently post a galvalume roof that he sprayed 4% SH and instantly turned black. And as far as I know there’s no repairing it. Your input is greatly appreciated!

    Good Video! I follow the same practices. Gotta keep that roof and landscape wet. Them Galvalume roofs are a tricky one. We clean lots of them. Do you have any videos of your galvalume roof cleanings. I have one on my channel but its more toward my future customers. I would not go more than about 0.5% with a heavy soap on galvalume. Make sure that roof is cool and very wet before spraying a galvalume.

      They got it listed at $99 right now that includes all the sample contracts inside of course. I know they are going to raise it closer at $200 here in the next few days

    I accidentally sprayed straight 12.5 on a piece of a metal roof and didn't rinse or anything and it cooked that spot

    Would using something like roof snot or other cling additive help to cut down on run off and save on sh?

    • @rabbitskinner
      @rabbitskinner 3 роки тому

      Not by much

    • @mikesalive
      @mikesalive 3 роки тому

      Yes of course. A soap / surfactant like that will make the SH stick to the roof so you only have to apply once. Hitting a roof 3 or 4 times due to runoff is uneconomic.

    There's only two ways to clean metal, use neat 12.5 or no SH and get the surface cleaner out. I clean metal everyday
