Sir I was trying to make remote control using ic4017.
But my if 4017 output pins are showing high at the beginning and when I give a clock pulse then the output of that pin gets off and on the other pulse the next output gets off and the first output gets on .
I am not able to understand why my if is working opposite to its characteristics
