    Good video, but I disagree with losing muscle with fasting! Your body has fats to use for times of famine. 24hrs would be fine for 99% of people for athletes who are leaner a 5 hours fast is fine. Many videos out there confirming athletes do better with fat for fuel.

      True but if you do prolong fasts for more than 3 days for example. You will lose muscle. Especially without resistance training.
