I really wish we had Chicago greystone's here in Phoenix! Of course, I wish I had $1.5M, too, LOL! But alas, I must be content with what I have - which is more than many others in the Third World!
hmm... I'd have to replace the glass banisters with an iron or iron /wood combo easier to clean. Next, I'd have to replace the carpet in the basement with either finished heated cement, laminate, or vinyl all easier to keep clean than carpeting, especially with that wet bar. How about actually having a walk in closet? I saw no place to hang clothes or store linens. The natural lighting is great. Keep in mind that most of it will be gone once you get window treatments. Proximity to other homes is too close to not have some means of privacy on the windows and back of the house. And the all white look is very uninspiring and cold. That space needs color!
