Love how the front of the property was built out further to the sidewalk and how the stairway was designed to allow more square footage in the front living space of the home. Love the high ceiling heights especially in the lower level - makes you feel as though you are not in a basement! Love the interior design and all the finishings and fixtures. The one thing I hate about this property is that there is no privacy in the back outdoor area. Not sure if its worth almost 3 million for the location.

Show the open refrigerator/freezer. You either don't show it open or you cut away in all your videos lol. Would me nice if you talked about what appliances. If its a subzero it would be nice to know. I laugh sometimes seeing these multi million dollar listings and they have GE CAFE appliances or Samsung. You talked about the massive pantry then you don't show it. I think you missed an entire bedroom too 0-0
