It’s funny because in issue 1 of it Vader stopped a AT-AT from stomping on him with one hand.

michael hansen apparently people forget how the Light and Dark Side of the Force works. With tens of thousands of Jedi using the Light Side it grows stronger but the Dark Side only grows stronger when it’s used by very few. Palpatine would’ve never fought Yoda had Order 66 not been used because while Yoda was one of the most powerful Force Users to ever exist, his power was even more greatly amplified because of the number of Light Side users.

I remember in the Empire Strikes Back, when Yoda lifted the x wing out of the swamp when it sunk. Yoda said something to the effect of, Believe in the force and there there is nothing you can't do. This story makes that statement so much more powerful

It’s kind of cool to see that Force Healing has an early precedent in canon, from some ambiguous canon comic arc. It’ll be interesting to see why Yoda kept this power to himself.
When Luke was clubbed by the Tusken raiders in Episode 4 and Kenobi appeared to save him, exactly what do you think he did to heal the young man? I hate the sequels too but Force Healing was a thing before The Force was a thing.

I know EU Luke gets all the praise for most powerful Jedi who ever lived, but let’s not forget Luke was constantly fighting, in conflict, and honing is mastery of the force from a warriors perspective. Yoda had many many hundreds of years of peace, and often evading conflict. Yoda was first and foremost a sage. But everything Yoda was tested in he passed with flying colors. And was even known to hold back and be caught off guard because he wasn’t wanting to engage in the first place. I Love that Yoda was a teacher, and a pacifist. But ultimately Powerful as fuck anyway.

I’ll be honest. My brother and I have seen both films and he isn’t as big a fan of SW as me.
Every time I bring up Rey he goes on about how she sucks and I remind him she’s OP apparently.
She’s a horrid duelist and took like ten minutes to calm down and move rocks on command.
She has potential but the problem that I have with claims of her abilities are that she has done all her best Force feats under duress. If she was fast asleep then heard the building she was in was about to collapse. I doubt she’d be able to stop the debris from saving herself and other people in the room.
Vader calmly stopped an AT-AT from stepping on him and lifted two AT-DPs that appeared to actually be on top of him with one hand.
This is just how I view her though. Kylo is actually impressive for his era but not compared to Prequel Jedi. I hope they both improve their fighting skills by the time Episode 9 begins.
I never got the obsession with rather lame movie duels.

Yeah that's the thing with the force most people forget. It isn't like an anime where power levels are a thing, its all about how connected you are to the force. If you are truly connected to the force, become one with it then your basically a god who can lift mountains, react to things coming at you with FTL speeds and so on.
