Important changes to immigration medical examinations have come into effect on 1 July 2023. Urine tests will no longer form part of the medical examination. We will require a blood test to be undertaken instead. Applicants aged 15 years or older who have not completed their medical examinations prior to 1 July 2023 will no longer undertake a urine test. We will require them to undertake a blood test instead. How long usually after the health examination submitted until the visa granted? And after this step, is there any further steps need to be taken?

If I was granted a visa student from Chile, but no health examinations were required during the process, would I still be required to show evidence of my medical situation? I ask this because I won't be working or studying in the health sector, and Chile is not considered on the list of countries with a risk of any disease.

I am filipino citizen and currently living here at taiwan.. Do i still need to take Biometrics even if taiwan is not in the list of countries to take Biometrics.. Hope you help
